IT WAS SUNDAY MORNING. WENT OUT TO GET THE PAPER. PUSHED THE OVERHEAD DOOR BUTTON. OPENED 6" THEN CLOSED. TRIED AGAIN AND AGAIN. NO LUCK. PULLED RELEASE TO MANUALLY OPEN AND COULD ONLY OPEN IT 2 FT. JUST ABOUT BROKE MY BACK. WENT ONLINE AND FOUND PRECISION. CALLED AND GOT AMY WHO WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. SHE SIAD SHE WOULD GET SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE BETWEEN 1 AND 5 PM. BEN ELLIOT SHOWED UP A LITTLE AFTER ONE AND FOUND I HAD A BROKEN SPRING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSI0NAL AND DID THE REPAIR IN A SPEEDY MANNER. WORKS FINE AND I AM VERY SATISFIED.
