Great service! Last night, I discovered that one of the springs on my garage door had broken. I called Precision this morning and made an appointment for 2-4pm today. The technician (Dallas Frazier) called at about 1:30 and said he would be arriving by 2:00, which he did. Dallas was very knowledgeable and courteous. He inspected the door and made recommendations for repairs, offering options - along with the pros and cons of each. Ultimately, I went with the longer-life springs and center bearing. He quickly had everything installed, adjusted, lubricated, and cleaned up. He demonstrated how well the door was balanced, and offered additional tips to keeping it working well. He did a great job. Thanks Dallas! I will recommend Precision to my neighbors any time they need garage door work (I shouldn't need more work myself for a while!).

I called around 8 this morning after my spring broke on my garage door. I was very pleased to see Bryan come within three hours of my call as I needed to get my car out of the garage by 1 p.m. Upon Bryan's checking out the whole door etc., he also found that the rollers/bearings needed to be replaced since these parts were 16 years old. Bryan was very efficient, polite and got right to work. He answered any questions I had and was very informative. I have used Precision in the past and have always been pleased with the service/customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for the great service!

I called Precision because my sons purchased a garage door opener for me as a gift, but we didn't go to Precision at first, and that was regrettable. The big national chain that we ordered the opener from had a local installer that left me without a coded keypad, a wobbly unit, and the plastic casing for the unit was only an inch and a half from a celing light in my garage, which I feared would be a fire hazard! After many weeks of waiting for the installer to get to me, and apologies from the store management, the store honored my request to remove the unit and issue me a refund. My gift experience had become such a disappointment..........until I called Precision! My tech was Bob Blanchette, and he was so professional, and had the experience you need and should expect from a tech installing such an important part of the security of your home! My door rollers were in bad shape too, which the other tech had never even looked at. I now have a door that is quiet and opens so smooth, and a very stable, quality built and expertly installed garage door opener from Precision, and what a difference it makes to have everthing working as it should! Thank you!

Keith inspected the issues with our door and he thoroughly explained what was wrong. He quoted a couple options to do the repair. I was considering replacing the door opener also, but once he fixed the door itself, he said replacing the opener at this time wasn't necessary. I sincerely appreciated his honesty. It was also nice chatting with Keith about the company. It's refreshing to hear an employee speak so proudly of who they work for and how the business started and has grown. Very impressive. Precision Door is on my contractor "keep list"! You guys are great.

The good old saying "when it rains, it pours" definitely has been our unlucky 2 months, and Frank got to see this firsthand. However with our garage door needing to be repaired or make the decision to replace it was an easier decision thanks to Frank Soto being honest and he allowed us time to discuss the situation privately, we then made a wise decision for the future of our home. The service request was for a garage door that would not completely open. The technician quickly realized that the garage springs were broken. He explained that this break in the springs was caused by normal garage use. He professionally installed new springs and lubricated the garage door. The garage door worked great after the repair. I was pleased with the service and will use this company if I need future garage door service. The technician explained what he was repairing and was very courteous while performing the work.
