Christopher Wyckoff arrived earlier than expected. He assessed our problem and gave us a couple of options on repair. We chose a more permanent option. He repaired our door very quickly and now it operates very smoothly and quietly. Very pleased with him and his work. Very pleased with the company, because I called them in the morning and my door was repaired before dark.

The hurricane took out the motor on our garage door. I was able to schedule a repair in just 2 days. The technician, Chris was on time, professional, and had a great personality. He explained the issue and provided several alternatives to replace the motor. He came the next day with the new equipment, and the job was completed in an amazingly short time. He explained all the features and when he left I felt like he was a friend.

We have used Precision for over 10 years. They have always taken care of our garage doors from yearly maintenance to major repairs; such as springs etc. Their technicians are trained and competent in their ability to repair our doors. We have one heavy door on a shop bldg;( garage) which is metal and very heavy and a oversized single on the house.

Used Precision Door when Hurricane Irma came through Winter Have in 2017 and did thousands of dollars' worth of damage. Had lightning damage to the door. Precicon was reliable, on time and courteous! You can talk to them directly and not a computer!

I called on Friday Aug. 13th 2022 and I explain the issue I was having to customer which was the garage would not go up but the motor was making noise. I explained to her that I could pull it up and I could secure it and that it was not an emergency and she set up an appointment time for the next day Aug. 13th. The service guy called to let me know he was on his way. My service rep. was Charles Sherwood, he was very professional, answered all my questions, very courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. He explained to me other things I need to get replaced in reference to other parts of my garage. Overall I was very satisfied with the performance. He explained how the equipment worked, and cleaned up. I am so glad I called Precision they truly live up to there name. If you want it done right call Precision! price was very fair and reasonable!

Previously John Pappas serviced the garage door when it would only go down half way. He fixed this probably 1 1/2 yr ago. I saved his card, and he left a spray can to lube the rails periodically. When my door wouldn't budge this morning, I sprayed & sprayed to try & get it to move. It wouldn't! I knew your people would help, so I called for service again.
