My husband said to call Precision when our garage door wouldn't close. He new someone affiliated with the company. A live person with a heart beat answered the phone. That is #1 for me. She was very pleasant and knew her job. She scheduled our repair on the same day. The service guys were friendly and very knowledgeable on the product and did the repair in a reasonable time. Carlos explained the work needed, cost and time to repair, before he ever started. And kept his word. I highly recommend this company. There was also follow up by the owner with a thank you letter. All involved were very professional.

The two technicians did a very nice job replacing a garage door motor that had gone bad. Both gentlemen were a good team working together to get the job done. They were very polite and worked continuously the entire time they were at my home. They also replaced the spring on the door which I knew was a good idea. That spring was probably from 1989. They also took pity on me and helped me program one car into the new single door opener and the other vehicle into an existing double garage door opener. For that I'm eternally grateful.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door on Thursday night and they scheduled an appt for me for the very next day, which was a blessing as we were not able to use our garage door at all due to a broken spring. The young lady that answered our call was very pleasant and had us scheduled for a repair or a new lift unit for today. James Mantsch, your service man arrived around one pm. He gave us a estimate for repair and for a new unit. Because of age of our unit we decided to go ahead with a new one. He had everything he needed on his truck, so no need to go back to the shop or have to order a unit with all accessories. We are very pleased with his work.
