Jim, Let me say from the time we made the phone call to schedule an appointment, until the time that James departed our residence, it was an excellent experience. We were called to keep us informed as to the status of the arrival time - mostly unheard of in most other service industries. (James and the office person should get a raise just for that). James explained the problem and provided us several options. James was very, very courteous, informative and knowledgeable of his product. He answered every question I had. Thank you. I found Precision on Angie's List when our door spring broke on a Saturday evening. Their ad specifed they provided service on nights and weekends which we needed as my husband's truck was trapped in the garage! I called immediately and was scheduled for the next day. Ben called to let us know when he was on his way and when he arrived, it only took him about an hour to fix the door and also make it quieter. He was very friendly and we appreciated his work ethic. We also like the 3 year warranty provided. We will definitely call again in the future.
