Today my garage door was repaired by Jimmy Johnson. Was very polite and professional. Explained the problem with my garage door opener and gave options for repairs. Work was completed quick, very clean and explained how to use new door opener. He went above his duty by bringing my trash can to my garage. He was very kind. Jimmy Johnson deserves a five star rating. He was prompt as well as early, was knowledgeable and gave a clear explanation of our options to resolve our problem. His truck was fully equipped to complete an efficient and satisfactory end to the burned out door opener as well as repair the rollers on the garage door which could have caused the overload. Before leaving, he also reprogramed the opener responder in out car. We have had a good experience with Precision Garage Doors thanks to Jimmy Johnson. Please give him a big raise!

Hired Precision to repair a garage door on a home we're under contract for. Apparently the garage door needs to open to meet FHA standards. Our technician (Carlos) replaced the springs, cables and lubricated the tracks. He was relatively fast, courteous and helpful. Did I mention he did all this in a home with no power? Thanks guys!

Wow - I cannot believe how fast you guys responded when I called in this morning to report a puff of smoke coming out of my "antique" opener. You had an immediate slot available, within an hour of my call. The technician, James, arrived right on time, and was fully prepared to diagnose the problem, burnt out motor, and get started. Turns out the old unit could not be repaired due to its age, so after discussing the options with James we agreed on a Linear LD050 w/belt rail option. He ran into a small problem when he discovered that the "spring pad" had several cracks and needed to be replaced as well. He explained everything clearly, including the pricing, the operation of the wall switch, and the remotes. We could not be happier with every aspect of the experience. I would note that James is a real asset to your company, as he really represents you in the very best way possible.

I would have to say that Carlos Morales went way beyond expectations for a service technician. Most times service techs have the personality of a door-knob. You could actually hold a conversation with Carlos. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Carlos treated me as if he was the company owner which is exactly what a owner wants and needs. If all your service techs are as good as Carlos, you're in the money!

I chose Precision because of the fact that my son used your company when I gave him the coupon from Value Pak. He was extremely satisfied and when I needed work done on my garage door, it was a no- brainer to use your company again. The technician was considerate enough to call and tell me that he was stuck in traffic. He then called again when he was 15 min.away. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything that he was going to do. I truly felt confident that he knew what he was doing and this was reinforced at the completion of the job. I would recommend your business and not think twice if I needed further repairs. He replaced the rollers, the spring (which was ready to "pop", and a new motor. I was again delighted when he told me I could pay in 3 separate payments. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!

Our service today was in response to a previous repair. We had the bottom seal replaced on our door in November & it came loose and part of it shredded & stopped the door from closing. You responded in one day's time and replaced the seal at no charge. We are very satisfied with the work and the quick response. We would certainly call you again in the future!!
