James and Scot did an excellent job. Five stars to them They repaired several things. I don't know if James' name is Rodey..just have James on my paperwork and I was unable to download my invoice. Not so happy about that. Can you send it another way?

We can not say enough about Mike Wallace. We needed service on a Sunday afternoon and Mike was not only prompt, but he was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He did a remarkable job quickly, cleanly and explained each step as he worked through the repair. We will never call another company when our garage door requires attention...and we'll never have anyone here but Mike!

I responded to Angie's List offer of a Garage Door Bottom Weather Seal and Door Tune-Up, Coupon Code: Garage-1496718-1. I also bought new rollers for my garage door. A substitute technician was sent - the original tech was unavailable; however, James Rodey arrived and he was very satisfactory: He was polite and was very knowledgeable about his craft and I would not hesitate to have him come to my home if more service on my garage door it needed. My appointment was for between 12:00 p.m. an 2:00 p.m. A person from your office phoned me at 9:47 a.m. to ask if my time could be moved up to 10:00 a.m. I said no, but 11:00 a.m. would be o.k. I heard nothing more from this person,and at 12:22 P.M. James Rodey phoned me to say he would be late and I said o.k. He phoned again at 1:45 p.m. to say he was on his way. In actual fact, he was not late having arrived prior to 2:00 p.m. So, there was a mixup on the 9:47 a.m. from Nguyen Cuong 1-727-561-7682. I don't think that call was for me, but a big mixup. It would bear checking out. 01/15/2014

Service Tech, James Rodey, was personable, knowledgeable, pleasant and very competent. Upon assessing my complaints about the door he did a quick but through examination of the door, pointed out the broken components and other parts needing replacement, explained the reasons to replace the parts, gave a clear estimate and asked for my approval at every step of the way. Very professional throughout. I felt very comfortable giving my approval for him to do the work. I would recommend him without reservation to friends.
