I just want to let you know what a wonderful experience this was for me. James came right on time and was going to install new garage door openers. I told him the door was very noisy going up and down. He looked it over and found several problems the home inspector missed. James was wonderful! We are extremely happy with the service we received. This is the 5th time in 17 years that we broke a spring on our garage door. After becoming extremely frustrated, we decided to call someone other than the company who serviced the door the last 4 times. We are very glad that we did!! Our service technician James from Precision Door listened to my problem, and examined our door thoroughly, and explained and showed me what the other door company was doing wrong. He also replaced rollers and gears that were disintegrating. Our door is QUIETER than it has ever been since we moved into our house! It goes up and down very quietly and smoothly! We are impressed with the outcome! We even received a 7 year guarantee in writing! It's as if we purchased a whole new door and track. Our technician James was thorough, professional and very helpful. We highly recommend Precision Door Service!
