I called because my garage door opener quit working. They sent someone out to repair the opener based on my schedule but the opener could not be repaired so the technician reviewed several options to solve the problem. The service was completed in a timely manner by a very courteous technician.

Jose Rosario (5 stars) came out today and took care of our garage door. He was very courteous and a hard worker. The door needed some adjustment; general tune up and changed the rollers. The door is much quieter. This is the second time we've used this company. Very happy with the service and will use again.

Our technician came out on a Sunday, assessed our two garage doors, and recommended new springs, and rollers. one opener was good, and we replaced the other opener. He replaced worn parts and installed a new opener on one door. They have never run so good, and are quieter than when new! This is one area of our home that we have overlooked for upkeep and maintenance. We neglected to realize how often we use this mechanical part of our home and the importance of much needed "tlc".

This is the way all businesses should be run!! Prompt service by skilled techs who don't waist time or your money. John Tsanggarinos is one terrific tech and knew exactly what to do to fix both of my doors to like new condition. This was not an easy fix. A lot of effort and skill went into this repair. Just a "thank you" is really not enough. All home owners with garage doors should keep this company name taped to the back of the doors!!!

Precision came recommended by our neighbor. They offered next day service....despite it being a w/e. I was going to be out of town....so I scheduled for the following Monday...which I forgot was Labor Day. There was no extra charge. Door installed professionally and with no issues. Called because garage door opener was malfunctioning. I was sure it needed to be replaced. I spoke with the telephone operator who was very pleasant and scheduled my repair for later that morning. The repairman arrived after he called ahead on time. To my surprise, he was able to repair at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Who does that anymore! Very pleased. Mike M

Having lasted for over twenty years, my garage door opener was getting creaky and cranky. The precision service tech said he could still piece it together, but he thought it was time to put it in its final resting place. I agreed since the sounds it was making when opening and closing had me fearful that it might fall on the roof of my car. The tech said the door itself was one of hurricane strength and still in good shape so no need to replace the door. He did a wonderful job, including resetting the remote in my car and golf cart. And then, he cleaned up all signs of his being here but sweeping up the garage floor. Wonderful job, thank you.
