Great service. I called another co. Several years ago when the spring broke on the lift. Not only was I overcharged, but the spring repair was too small for the garage door which caused the automatic door lift to overwork and wear out. When I called precision on Christmas Eve I was amazed, Jeremy was here promptly and no extra charge for the holiday and weekend service. I will never call another co. Again. Jeremy(precision garage door) you are the BEST.

On Saturday my garage door would not open at all. Both my cars were in there and we could not get out. This company sent someone the same day whom was very nice and professional. He did the work quick and the price was not outrageous due to it being the weekend. I would call them again if needed. I also got a 7 year warranty on the parts and labor, very nice!

Their quote was 2nd. however the information provided by Eric was far better then the other 2. The installers were great and completed the complete install including a belt drive opener in just under 2 hours. We would recommend Precision to anyone requiring a new door or repairs.
