The service by your technician, James, was outstanding. He was on time, pleasant, respectful of our home, and explained the maintenance services he provided. The garage door is now much quieter. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door. Thanks.

The Service technician James Rodey arrived ontime and within minutes he installed and programmed a remote keypad and extra car remote That I ordered. While he was testing the remotes he noticed that the opener's chain tension was a little too tight and a door trolley was sticking. He took the time to adjust the chain and lubricate the trolleys while explaining the normal homeowner maintenance I should follow. He went the extra mile and the door operates perfectly. James' level of service is a positive reflection of the company's commitment to its customers

My neighbor recommended Precision. I was very impressed with your website, assuring me of the safety in dealing with clearly identified technicians. The phone calls/email to confirm the appointment. The technician arrived exactly when he said he would when he called. The job itself was done with the care and concern as if it was his Mom's door he was fixing. I will recommend Precision to anyone in need of your services. The technician was pleasant and performed his work with the utmost knowledge and care. I hope, when I need a new door, that John is the one to install it!!

I found Precision on Angie's List when our door spring broke on a Saturday evening. Their ad specifed they provided service on nights and weekends which we needed as my husband's truck was trapped in the garage! I called immediately and was scheduled for the next day. Ben called to let us know when he was on his way and when he arrived, it only took him about an hour to fix the door and also make it quieter. He was very friendly and we appreciated his work ethic. We also like the 3 year warranty provided. We will definitely call again in the future.
