Arnold is the man! This guy comes to my house late at night around 10pm on a Monday night to fix my garage door. Not only did he present me with different repair options, but he did the repair in less than two hours. He didn't just tell me what needed to be replaced and repaired but he explained to me why and its importance. The only downside is the parts I purchased and the labor were rather expensive--1800 total. However, I am certain that the quality of the parts and the quality of the work will eliminate any future stress of this issue reoccurring. I would definitely use them again and plan on recommending them to both my friends and relatives. Oh and I received a veteran discount. Any business who supports the military is a friend of mine.

All I needed was to have the opener repaired. The technician (who was a very pleasant fellow) came up with a price of just under $1,200.00 because he felt there was other items I needed, but I did not want them. So, I told him I was not going to do any repairs. Then he decided he could replace the "mother board" for $200 plus labor and I still said no. I paid the $49.95 service call and went online and found the "mother board" for $63.00 from the factory! Nice try, but no cigar.

Team was great, mission accomplished! I was able to easily and quickly schedule an appointment and get them out after the limited-feature builder-grade Opener failed (again). They had inventory and installed a new smart Opener very quickly. They fixed all the noise coming from the door and adjusted the tension in the springs. Door is quite and works like a charm! Great service and very professional team, thanks!

We had called for service on our garage door as there was something wrong with the electrical circuit or the door safety sensor that only allowed us to close the door from the main button and not the remotes. The technician that came told us we needed new springs, new rollers and a new circuit board-essentially a whole new system to the tune of $1600!!! Fortunately, we thanked him for his estimate and told him we would call back if we were interested in his services. He didn't even do a tune up on the system as he said it was not possible! Our next door neighbor saw that the technician was there and came over after he left . He identified the problem and fixed the sensor within minutes to allow for the door to work again properly!!! Unfortunately we can NOT recommend this company!

The two technicians did a very nice job replacing a garage door motor that had gone bad. Both gentlemen were a good team working together to get the job done. They were very polite and worked continuously the entire time they were at my home. They also replaced the spring on the door which I knew was a good idea. That spring was probably from 1989. They also took pity on me and helped me program one car into the new single door opener and the other vehicle into an existing double garage door opener. For that I'm eternally grateful.

Josh was very friendly from the contact call previous to arriving, once he made to my house he just kept being pleasant and demonstrating knowledge, checked for damages to my garage's door, presented me with a quote and started repairs right away, my wife arrived and asked him many questions to which he responded with the right tone and with attitude. Quick service! The evening of the day I called to request an estimate on repairing my garage door panel their was a person there to give me the quote. Everyone worked around my schedule so I wouldn't have to miss a meeting I needed to attend. The work was done a day ahead of schedule and everything was left neat and tidy.
