Aaron Represented the Company positively with his positive demeanor. He diagnosed the problem I was experiencing . Explained how he would resolve the issue and solved the problem. I am so grateful for the great same day service I received from Precision Garage Doors. My tech Braxton was professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job replacing our old unit. I had 2 horrible experiences with 2 other companies trying to get our garage door fixed, I should have called Precision first, and in the future they are the only company I will call! I was also very happy with the price of the new unit and install, they gave a military discount and were significantly less the the other quote I was given.

We had Precision Door put in our garage door opener about 1 1/2 years ago. Needed to reset my keypad and replace spring and rollers this year. Jared came out and gave me a quote and then did the work. He was professional and walked me through everything he was doing/did. Easy to work with.

Wow, if you need any type of work done on your Garage door , give them a call I called them in the morning and they were out in the afternoon! Talk about great service ! I called them about a small part on the door to be fix ! No job too small. While the tech was here I had Him do a complete check ! It’s been a while , he check everything ! Fix a few things that needed taking care of, before he even started the job , he told me what it would cost! The tech’s name was Sammy, very nice , very friendly and very knowledgeable at what he does! He told me how long it would take to do the job and he got it done in that time frame! From when I first called them and to the end , everyone should get 5 stars for a job well done ! This company is an easy 5 stars ! Once again Thank you !! 2/3/26

Our spring broke on Saturday morning. We called Precision because we had used them before and were satisfied. The repairman was here by 2:30. He had the spring and bearings replaced quickly.
