This was my first time using Precision for replacement of my garage door springs. I had one that had broken. I was looking through my google search, and of three different companies, Precision picked up promptly and even better; they worked me into the schedule for same day service and this was following a major holiday. Which you would not expect, but I was hoping. James Long, was professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He went the extra mile and an excellent representative for the company. The installer, Cody, was a real professional when he installed my new garage door opener, springs and header bearings. He explained exactly what he was doing and approx. how long it would take. After the installation was complete, he took his time to run through the new equipment and even showed me how to get the Genie App. so as to control my door from my phone. Getting a discount on all parts for being a Vet was an added bonus. Can't thank you guys enough.

Precision installed a hurricane rated garage door. We were generally pleased with the company and the product. However, there were two installation issues. The bottom wall brackets supporting the tracks were mounted in the wrong location. More importantly, the tech neglected to check the auto-reversing safety features. These items led to the failure of the city inspection. Precision returned and corrected the problems and a second inspection passed.

Excellent and fast service. Garage door system broke on a Saturday and I called Precision who had previously done work at our home. Within 2 hours of my call Matt and Alfredo were at my door. They determined the problem and defined the fix and costs. About an hour later it was repaired and working well. Both service men were courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with the service experience.

When I bought this home there was a sticker on the garage door for your company. Being new to Florida, I just called your company. My son-in-law said that a spring had broken and I could see loose wires hanging down on the sides of the door.
