Excellent service - the rep Matt arrived early and spent all day fixing multiple issues on two garage doors. I called for help at 10:30am expected to wait days and Matt arrived before noon.

Precision installed new hurricane rated doors at my house two years ago which we have not had any issues with. Yesterday my garage door opener malfunctioned. Precision came out that same day. Chad Pappas was out technician. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new opener. Chad was excellent in explaining why this needed to be done and carefully walked us through how to operate the new opener. Chad represents your company very well.

I had service technician Aidan Blanchette, at my home on Friday 1/16. My unit that was not working was an old Craftsman from 2009. Aidan, diagnosed my problem, explained to me my options for repair or replace, as well as pricing on new models. Made my decision, and he went to work. He impressed me with his knowledge of the job at hand, plus his working skills to make my repairs. Job Well Done. Same day service, much Appreciated.

Recently had garage door serviced, and remotes replaced. The serviceman was on time, polite and informative thus the 3 stars. I paid the bill prior to looking at the receipt. I was charged $362 for two remotes. Plus $189 for the service. $189 for service seems reasonable. $362 for two remotes I could have purchased online for $40 each though? RIP OFF!! Edit: After posting this review and receiving a reply from customer service I called and spoke to someone who then put me in touch with a manager, he reviewed my invoice and stated I had been overbilled in error, the price I was charged is what a solo service to provide and program a remote was. He said, since a tech was already here, I should have been billed less and definitely not for each remote. Ultimately, I received a $263 refund. As I had already stated I did not have an issue with the service, just the billing, and I am very impressed they took the time to make this right. I would certainly use them again.
