I backed into my garage door that had partially opened. I called Precision and they had a representative, Luis Castillo here within 15 minutes. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and a hard worker. He completed the work to my 100% satisfaction. I was very impressed with everything from my initial call to the completion of the project. What began as a stressful situation, ended up being totally taken care of. Kudos to both Precision and Luis. I highly recommend both!!!!

Thank you Precision Door. Your Residential Technician Joshua Figueroa was excellent. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was wron, how it most likely occured and gave us various options on what we needed and what each step would cost. Joshua was very timely on making our repair. Our fix although was rather expensive, but fair, and because of the type of tech that Joshua was we will definatley be using Prcision Overhead door for our future needs. But when I do they are courteous, professional, and most of all, responsive!! This Team rocks from the people who answer the phone to the team members who come to my house!! I take pride in writing this review due to a very pleasing experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door. I had arrived home on Saturday night, from a vacation, and discovered that our originally installed garage door spring had broken. I called Precision the next morning (Sunday) to see if I could get a technician out for repairs. I simply wanted to NOT pay weekend fees and schedule an appointment for a weekday. The very friendly person who took my call advised me that the price is the same everyday and I could have a technician respond that afternoon! That was the start of a great day/experience. My window was from 12-4pm for the technician and he called at 12:04 and advised me he was 10 minutes out. At 12:15, Alex Carmack (service technician), showed up and I was instantly put at ease with his tremendous respect and politeness. It only took Alex 5 minutes to deduce my problem and what I needed for repairs. He showed me all my material options and never tried to sell me more than I needed but answered ALL my questions on all the options. After I chose my types of springs, Alex took me to the garage door and literally showed me everything he was going to do. His confidence and knowledge was very impressive. Alex told me it was going to take approximately 1 1/2 hours and he finished in only an hour. The garage was perfect when completed and I believe it even works more proficiently now! I worked as a firefighter for 30 years and my #1 goal was ALWAYS customer service and in these modern times it seems like that type of service has diminished some. I’m here to advise y’all that Precision Door is a company that believes the same way… customer service is number one with them. Thanks so much Alex and Precision for reassuring me that high quality work still exists!!

First let me thank you for your prompt response. And that I actually was greeted by a human not a voice mail. My request was politely handled and set up a visit for the next day. Your technician called to say he was on his way. I was impressed by his calming demeanor and his ability to explain what his actions to solve my problem would be. We discussed what maintenance would be beneficial in the future and I have received a quote of what that would cost and I certainly hope that Chris Poland will be available to perform this work. I will continue to select your company for maintenance of my garage door. My expectations were more than met and restored my confidence that I can trust my garage door to work properly.

Quick response to initial call about a broken part. They were ahead of schedule and called on my cell. Very courteous and as I was driving to meet them called again with questions so they could be ready upon my arrival. They then explained all the options, prices, alternatives, in writing on the i pad. They programmed the cars to control the door and explained other I phone options. They were thorough in their work, were concerned that everything was done correctly, and even called in assistance due to the size of the ultimate work. Joshua Figueroa and his assistant Wayne were excellent. The company was recommended to us by our AC team and they were right on. Thank you.
