Mr. Jim Johnson came on Sunday, April 10, 2016 and was very professional. He explained the problem we had with our Genie garage door opener and after much thought and discussion with no pressure from him, we decided to have him install a new belt drive Linear Opener. He installed the new opener, balanced the springs and saw to it that the system was perfectly balanced in operating order. In my opinion he went out of his way on details to do an outstanding job. Keith A. came out to check on my garage door opener because (to me) it was making a very loud noise when operating. After a thorough inspection he said the unit was running good and it was rattling because well, it's over 13 years old and things start to go bad over time. He was very nice, professional, and helpful in explaining my options (in writing) for a future door opener and the differences in pricing.
