Keith A. came out to check on my garage door opener because (to me) it was making a very loud noise when operating. After a thorough inspection he said the unit was running good and it was rattling because well, it's over 13 years old and things start to go bad over time. He was very nice, professional, and helpful in explaining my options (in writing) for a future door opener and the differences in pricing. Dallas came to house and did a great job at repairing my door. The springs and everything were rusted pretty bad and he could have easily walked away. An hour and a half later, one fixed door and one more thing off the wife grumble list!! :-)

My garage door opener quit working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they said they could be out that afternoon to look at it. Ryan Goodpasture arrived between the times the dispatcher indicated and replaced the unit that day in just a hour. What service!!! Everything was covered under warranty - no hassles whatsoever. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know. Thanks for being great to work with!!

Jose and Keith are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were here when they said they would arrive and the job took as long as they said it would. I was a unnerved when the garage door spring broke and knocked the overhead shop light off its chain.
