Mike was extremely professional and explained what he thought was needed. The time he took to replace the bar, chain and motor unit was about an hour. He was very amiable and apparently knew his craft. He explained the features of the opener and the remotes. The options he provided were straight forward and he made sure I understood the basic operation. Good service and should I need added service I will call you.

I called on the morning of 10-27-2017 had service the same day. Brian my service tech was very nice and he knew how to take care of an old door that had many moving parts. He took care of it in about an hour and he alone did it. So glad to have door working better than it had in a long time. It cost me but they worked with me and that I very much appreciated.

Precision Garage Door has got to be the best choice! Their installers were here early 9 am and had the door installed in less than two hours, explained everything about the three remotes, yes one for your car, one next to the outside of the door and one inside by the inner house door. Three ways and positions to control your door. I was not expecting that. If power goes out door slides up by hand very easy. Has vacation mode and good light. Friendly and courteous. your teck was excellent and and very very professional. After I had the opener installed I realized that I did not mention a coupon that I did not print off for him. Afterwards I received a call that I was going to get the coupon discount and that a check would be forth coming. As of this date I do not remember getting a refund. Of course I sometimes cannot remember things at my age (hopefully I am just kidding). If the check was sent could you give me the check number and the amount so I can check with my bank. Thank you and "yes" I would recommend Precision.

Our tech Andrew was great and finished the job quickly. Only thing that bothers is the $20.00 fuel surcharge that was never mentioned. I only noticed after looking at the invoice. I would absolutely use Precision again, but I will ask about surcharges next time before committing.

This is the second time I've used Precision. Back in November 2016 they replace a garage door opener for me. Today they replaced the springs on my garage door and added bracing which was necessary to repair damage to the door. Keith was the technician providing the service both times. He was efficient, very professional, and explained everything about the work he was doing. I will not hesitate to call this company again if the need ever arises. They are the best.

I did NOT choose Precision. Rep was great. BUT over 2X as expensive as most others. AND Precision wanted to use a chain system. Others used a belt which Precision said was more expensive? So Precision chain was 2X as expensive as a belt driven one from other company. AND warranty was either 2 or 5 years with Precision. Other company LIFETIME

I had springs put in two months ago, and today when there was an electrical outing, I tried to open the door manually and I had a problem I called precision told them the situation, and they said they would send someone out to address the issue. When they came they indicated that the pulley that I tried to disengage from the motor was old and needed to be pulled harder. they did not charge me for a service call. They know how to treat their customers. Thank you I will use them again in the future.
