I don’t normally take the time to commend people in this fashion but I was compelled to make an exception in this case. Last week we called Precision to fix our two-car garage door which had recently broke down. It was more or less and overhaul of the entire system. The reason why I am reaching out to you is to make leadership of Precision aware of what an asset they have in their technician Jimmy Johnson. The quality of the work and speed that is was done surpassed all expectations. I did not realize a garage door could be so quiet when opening and closing. Jimmy not only was personable but clearly took a lot of pride in his work. Jimmy’s qualities will ensure I would only call or recommend Precision for future needs. That type of employee is exactly what builds loyal customers.

my mother recommended them to me she used them for a repair and was extremely satisfied. I was originally booked for 4-8 at about 2 pm and within 30 minutes the came. took him less then 5 min diagnose the problem and less than that to fix it. for that reason I will call them whenever I have a problem with my garage door. the tech was very professional. Cory was his name. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Michael Wallace provided me with my requested courtesy call and was very prompt with his arrival time. He was very professional and explained everything he saw to me during his inspection of my garage door. He provided me with information I did not know about my garage door/system as well as quotes for several options to repair the door. While I passed for now on fixing the issues I have, I was very pleased with the service provided between Michael Wallace and when I called to make an appointment. It is very convenient that Precision has hours after 5 pm.

Service-New Garage Door. Workers were skilled in replacing a 66 year old wooden door. They did a workaround when finding old house problems. They were pleasant and did a great job. The definition of a great American company. I was referred to Precision Garage Overhead Door Service by a neighbor and they performed better than expected. I placed a call regarding a broken spring/inability to open my garage door and they were at my home within 30 minutes. My technician, Ryan Goodman, was very well educated and detailed what has been happening with my garage door and what I needed to make sure I would no longer have problems for the next 5 years. Ryan was a joy to work with, he performed great work and will be the only person I call in the future for any garage door/opener needs in the future. This company is not the cheapest in town, but you definitely get what you pay for! Great experience. I highly recommend this company for all of your overhead door needs.

Mr. Jim Johnson came on Sunday, April 10, 2016 and was very professional. He explained the problem we had with our Genie garage door opener and after much thought and discussion with no pressure from him, we decided to have him install a new belt drive Linear Opener. He installed the new opener, balanced the springs and saw to it that the system was perfectly balanced in operating order. In my opinion he went out of his way on details to do an outstanding job.
