Had any issue with a double garage door. Contacted Precision Door and scheduled an inspection. Received a four hour window and within the hour the technicians ( Bryan and Mike) inspected and diagnosed the problem. The issue was resolved within the hour !! both the technicians were very professional and polite !!

Garage Door repairs were made as recommended by Tech, Wesley. He was efficient and explained the reasons for each repair made; Spring, rollers and bearings. He also lubricated all working components on the door and works quietly and like a new door.

Our technician Tim was very knowledgeable and professional and serviced our garage door. He also brought new garage opener and programmed that into our garage door opener. This is the third time I have dealt with Precison Garage Door. They have always been quick to arrive, had all the materials and performed the installation or repair tasks quickly and efficiently. Most notable to me is that their personnel, including Chelsea who answered the phone, are very nice people and make the experience more comfortable. They arrive in well maintained and clean vehicles. Chris, who replaced broken springs on my door, took the time to answer some questions about working for Precision and he had nothing but great, impressive comments regarding his employers. Even when he had a terrible fall off a roof (not while fixing a garage door) and was out of work for about a year they held his job for him and financially assisted his family through a very trying time. Kudos to Precision for caring about their employees! They even arranged a special work van for him because of limited movement in his knee. These people care, I see it and I feel it. Great job!

WOW!!!! We made a service call late Friday, and they scheduled appointment between 6-8 pm. Noah was our service tech. He called us before arriving at the scheduled time. He recognized the problem right away and gave us several options. This young man was one of the "best" tech for any kind of service we have had over the years. The service is a little pricey, but we went with it because of Noah's honest opinion to fix the problem. He was absolutely thomrough going over everything he did, and explained operation of new opening system installed, plus we also added a new Linear garge door opener. Noah is a very young man, but he knows what he is doing. He is extremely professional, polite, and extremely efficient doing his work. Precision Garage Door is pricey, but you pay for quality work.

The service was performed in a timely manner and the recommendations to correct problem was completed. The service tech was very thorough and explained what needed to be done now and suggested what needed to be done at a later date..he was very nice and explained any discounts available..he replaced the spring, rollers,and bearing less then 2 hrs. I have used Precision Garage several times for repairs and also to replace the door 5 months ago. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous and professional. I was having a problem with one of the wheels and not only did Luke fix the problem but he also raised the height of the door by a few inches because I mention I was interested in having my Jeep lifted and was unsure about the clearance. He went above and beyond and his kindness was much appreciated.

Garage door spring broke on New Years Eve. They responded and fix the problem on New Years day. Service Technician Daron Earle explained every thing needed in a clear manner. Service work was done very efficiently. Excellent service.

Wesley was very nice,but I feel that I was over charged. I called for a tune up at 59.95 and ended up paying 249.00. He put new rollers in at 22.00 a piece. He said that they come in packages of ten. That I knew. But, I was not expecting to be charged 220.00 for rollers that you can get for 16.00 to 25.00 dollars for a package of ten. I know that they are not the quality that were in there previously. He was very surprised that I had all of my original paper work from when the door was installed. I will say that the door does run a lot smoother and is not as noisy but,I feel that I was charged 200.00 dollars in labor. That's crazy!!

service was prompt and technicians were very professional. Have used precision a couple of times previously and would consider using them again... would have to weigh my displeasure with the sneaky billing. I was quoted $360.00, but was charged $405.00. I thought perhaps tax, but on $360 that would only amount to a touch over $25.00 or a bill of roughly 385. Low and behold My invoice included $25.00 for "shop supplies" and get this - an additional $20.00 for FUEL SURCHARGE! Why shop supplies aren't included in the price quoted I am not sure other than to make the price sound better than it is. Absolutely no reason to charge 20 bucks for your gas! Cost of doing business - if you expect your customers to pay for your gas, roll it into the price quoted. And anyhow 20 bucks seems rather high.These type of sneaky pricing games leaves a bad impression likely to cost you business. Whats next, "warehouse fee" or possibly employees healthcare tax? The more I think about it the more I think I'll choose another company next time.

I called Precision for a noisy garage door. The staff who answered and scheduled was pleasant. She scheduled a technician within hours. Matt was excellent. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem as being caused by paint stuck between the door panels. Matt was patient and thorough. Overall, outstanding service.

Cable on one side of garage door broke causing door to drop on one side and jam. Service man responded within about an hour on a weekend day. He was friendly and courteous and completed his repairs in about 1-1/2 hours. He replaced the cables and reset the door and it is working well. I am happy with his work and how quickly he responded but I feel that $512.00 was extremely high. I will not use Precision again.

Rebecca was an awesome sales person. The technicians were on time and extremely professional. My only issue was the office staff. The technicians had to come back to install 1 small piece on my garage door, they said it would take maybe 10-15 minutes. When the piece came in the office called to set up the appointment and gave me a 4 hour window for the installation, that was ridiculous! Really??? I told her that was not acceptable then she gave me a 1 hour window and a 15-30 minute call ahead. That's what kept me from giving this company a 5!! Outside of her everything else was exceptional!

Bryan Stewart did an amazing job replacing my logic board in my Liftmaster opener. He went over an beyond my expectations and came out on Sunday (the 12th) to get us back up and running. You guys are the best.

Precision originally was called to replace a spring. Matt did a great job. However, he noticed the end plate bearings needed to be replaced. The door was already apart and the end plate bearings took only 5 minutes to replace. They charged $180 to replace the end plate bearings, in addition to the labor for the springs. The end plate bearings only cost about $15/pair retail.
