This started as a call to the company requesting information regarding the installation of the rubber foot on my garage door. The person with whom I spoke advised me that there was a $49.95 charge for the service call unless work was performed, and that the foot ran from ~$8.00 - $11.00, installed. There was NO discussion of ANY other charges. When the installer arrived, he advised me that the correct part was on the truck and the cost would be around $115.00, that stated $115.00, exactly. When I started to break down the cost, he informed me that the cost included 1) a trip charge and 2) a fuel surcharge. I immediately told hm that these charges had NEVER been mentioned before and that I would NOT have the work done and that, furthermore, I would not pay the $49.95, because the additional charges had NEVER been disclosed. To his credit, the technician called the office ON HIS OWN and presented a resolution that was more than acceptable. The issue here is the clear and complete communication of ALL charges at the initial contact and NOT surprising people on site.

We had another company install a new garage door keypad, but that broke within a few months. We called Precision this time and they were prompt and took care of the problem. Our mistake for not calling Precision in the first place, because they installed the garage door opening sysem twenty one years ago.

Precision Door is the best company in my opinion. Their communication is excellent, employees are professional, courteous and knowledgable and their pricing is fair. Travis evaluated our garage door and parts and gave us 3 different quotes. It was nice to have a choice! He completed the work in an expert manner and even adjusted the opener belt for no extra charge. He was able to repair the track instead of replace, so that saved us some money too. I appreciate Travis's honesty, hard work and professionalism. I will use Precision Door for all our needs and recommend them to everyone!

Travis was great. Arrived earlier than we expected, phone before arriving. Pleasant, respectful, and use his mask during the entire process. He was patient and listened to our concerns, thoroughly inspected our garage door problems, then provided us with a clear assessment of the emergent work needed. Our Technician James Mantsch arrived on time and reviewed with us what was needed. James not only has a great personality but really knows what he is doing on garage doors. In no time he replaced the springs, rollers, various seals, etc and made all necessary adjustments needed on our 2001 garage door. Thanks James you did a GREAT JOB!

To be honest, I thought I was calling the "other" big company. I never had a garage before. My husband said Precision was a big co. So I kept the appointment. Christian Walker was my repair man. My door was backed into. Christian did a bandaid repair and replaced some parts for me to hold me over until I save for a new door. He did a very good job. You don't really notice where the door was hit unless you are looking for it. It should be replaced. He fixed it well. He didn't push any sales on me at all. I inquired about the cost of a few things. I made the right decision.

My garage door did not open, and I did not see your advertising. My husband had a hand written note in his desk with your phone number.....He passed away in November and I was cleaning out his desk. Very professional. Had a problem with my garage door, ( kept opening by itself ), gave me a time window, and called 1/2 hour before arrival. I needed a new garage door opener and had to service my squeaky door. Had all parts on hand and about 1:40 minutes was done! Door is now super quiet and works 10 times better! Jose did a great job and showed us everything that we needed to know! I highly recommend Jose and this company. Great job and great price!
