From the moment I called, I was greeted with a lovely smiley voice of a young lady who was kind and very courteous ... and when your technician, Andy arrived less than a half hour later ... he said he would do everything in his power to repair my mangled garage door. He was so professional and knowledgeable and gave me a calm feeling that not only did he know, really know what he was doing, but didn't up-sell me and was extremely efficient. Just like their commercial on TV, this company is the real deal! When we had our garage door issue at 9AM in the morning we called the local company we have always dealt with. Anxiously waiting for a call back, never to receive one! Remembering the TV commercial, we gave Precision Garage Door a call and from that very moment we knew we were in the right hands. The Customer Service Department (Britney) did answer the phone and explained the repair procedure explicitly. She gave us a window repair time and said they would call should they have an earlier slot, which they did. Our service tech was Chad, who was a very polite, courtesy and fully knowledgeable in his craft. He did the repair and instructed us on future preventative maintenance tips as well. I manage a few large commercial buildings with overhead doors as part of my job description, guess who I’m going to call next time we have a garage door problem? A very organized, professional company and wonderful to deal with! By the way, 24 hours later and the first garage door company still has not returned my call!

I had a new garage door installed approximately 4-5 years ago by Precision and have been very happy with it. Although I recently performed maintenance on it (applied lubricant), it ceased to close properly. I called and a service tech came out and, I thought, fixed the door. Unfortunately, it still is exhibiting the same problem - it does not always close entirely.

I had my garage door repaired on January 7, 2018, by Wesley Allen. He did an excellent job and showed me how to maintain the door running smoothly. We're very impressed with Precision Overhead Door - I called Precision on Sunday not sure if anyone would answer and to my surprise someone did - the receptionist was polite and professional and told me she would have a service tech call me when he's on the way - 10 minutes later Brent called and within 30 minutes arrived at my house - he diagnosed my 18 year old opener and made recommendations to repair it - I opted to replace it instead and Brent installed a new belt drive opener in about an hour - he was totally professional from start to finish - I can't believe how quiet my new opener is - the motor is virtually silent and you can only here the roller wheels when the door opens and closes - my wife and I are very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision overhead door ... Called at 9 am on a Sunday and by 2:30 pm had my garage door repaired and new motor installed. I did feel it was a bit pricy but same day service and work quality was worth the extra price. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend company. Technician Brian was fantastic!
