Precision installed a new garage door and opener for us. This company did a fantastic job. They were on time for the estimate and the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. The installer was also very professional and it was amazing watching him complete the transformation of our old 70's door to the new one. I had a spring let go on a Sunday. I called and the tech showed up right on time. He recommended new springs, rollers, cables etc. Basically he rebuilt the mechanicals of my door. And he did a great job. It works better now than when I bought my home 13 years ago. I'm a very satisfied customer. They will be doing all my garage door work. I highly recommend them!

Service was prompt and very professional. My technician was Scott Ward, he was an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and personable young man. He explained my options on the repair and what future repairs may be needed. Lightning had destroyed the board in the motor housing and he promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it.

Called at 9 am on a Sunday and by 2:30 pm had my garage door repaired and new motor installed. I did feel it was a bit pricy but same day service and work quality was worth the extra price. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend company. Technician Brian was fantastic!
