When I called your company and asked the receptionist what the cost would be to replace a broken spring she told me it would be anywhere from $65.00 to $120.00 per spring. I scheduled an appointment and the Tech came and looked at the problem and gave me 3 choices of which the least expensive would be $532.00. He also said the bearings needed to be replaced. My question is if I got the least expensive springs how can the bearings cost an additional $400.00.

5 stars for Precision, they were very flexible with their appointment setting and did what they could to accommodate our working schedule. Chris called prior to arriving which was very nice. He did an excellent job and would highly recommend him and this company. In the end we needed to replace our garage motor and Chris took his time to help us reprogram our cars. Excellent service and above all very polite.

Your engineer arrived early which was great. He fitted new bearings and two new springs to my double door and gave my single door a check over. He also applied lube to both doors, even the one he did not service. He then left me a new spray can of lube so I can keep it running efficiently. He was very polite, enjoyed conversation and all in all I am very impressed with the service and would recommend your company to everybody that has a garage door need.

price way to high I only had you repair because I needed my car out. I would not recommend for any other work. bearings were said to be bad but I inspected old bearings after he replaced them nothing wrong with old bearings. price about 75 percent to high, springs price about 50 percent to high. just my opinion

I have use your service for at least 10 years and needed your service on today. 7/14 Mr Tsangarinos came to service my equipment and diagnose the issue which was more serious then I realize I was overcome with tears. you see I was diagnosed with Cancer 6 weeks ago, no income and a single problem. I thought the price was a bit high however the customer service, installation, professionalism and flexibility was unsurpassed. Absolutely excellent Precision went above and beyond to meet my schedule, explained everything in detail and had my garage door fixed within two hours on a Saturday evening. Even though the price was a bit high it takes money to provide the excellent service from the time I called to the time installation was complete and I am hopeful all parts were of high quality so overall I was very satisfied I needed springs and a new garage door opener

New Years Day our garage door broke and needed quick repairs. Called Precision and they did do a great job on getting a technician out. We asked for a quote first. After 15 minutes were given an astronomical figure to fix the door. Add said no extra charge for holidays. Technician said there was no extra charge for coming out that day. Then added to the extreme high cost that he could not fix the garage door opener because it was too damaged. Needed a new one. We told him to hold off. Then we got hit with a $49.95 charge for coming out for an estimate ( which they did later refund). We immediately searched out their competitors for other estimates. Next person that came out gave us a quote that was over $400 less, plus he said our garage door was not damaged and hooked us up for free. Precision had a special on their website saying that a new double garage door would cost $800. That’s not what our technician quoted. Try 800 x 3 !! We felt misled and the attempt of being taken advantage of. I would not recommend Precision for people who are under a budget. If you’re rich, go ahead. I don’t know the quality of their work so I can’t comment on that.

The office staff was very helpful and seem to ask all of the right questions. Within one hour the service technician, Brent Howell, called and told me he was on the way. Upon his arrival he analyzed the situation and presented me with two options complete with prices. After I made my choice he completed the job in a very short time. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. I would recommend Precision and Brent to all of my friends and relatives.
