I thought the price was a bit high however the customer service, installation, professionalism and flexibility was unsurpassed. Absolutely excellent Precision went above and beyond to meet my schedule, explained everything in detail and had my garage door fixed within two hours on a Saturday evening. Even though the price was a bit high it takes money to provide the excellent service from the time I called to the time installation was complete and I am hopeful all parts were of high quality so overall I was very satisfied I needed springs and a new garage door opener

New Years Day our garage door broke and needed quick repairs. Called Precision and they did do a great job on getting a technician out. We asked for a quote first. After 15 minutes were given an astronomical figure to fix the door. Add said no extra charge for holidays. Technician said there was no extra charge for coming out that day. Then added to the extreme high cost that he could not fix the garage door opener because it was too damaged. Needed a new one. We told him to hold off. Then we got hit with a $49.95 charge for coming out for an estimate ( which they did later refund). We immediately searched out their competitors for other estimates. Next person that came out gave us a quote that was over $400 less, plus he said our garage door was not damaged and hooked us up for free. Precision had a special on their website saying that a new double garage door would cost $800. That’s not what our technician quoted. Try 800 x 3 !! We felt misled and the attempt of being taken advantage of. I would not recommend Precision for people who are under a budget. If you’re rich, go ahead. I don’t know the quality of their work so I can’t comment on that.

Technician Andrew Lachance was very prompt. He checked everything out and made recommendations. He was polite, well groomed and friendly. A definite asset to the company!! The office staff was very helpful and seem to ask all of the right questions. Within one hour the service technician, Brent Howell, called and told me he was on the way. Upon his arrival he analyzed the situation and presented me with two options complete with prices. After I made my choice he completed the job in a very short time. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. I would recommend Precision and Brent to all of my friends and relatives.

Jose was professional and very pleasant. He diagnosed the issue immediately and gave us several options without any pressure. Although indications showed that the circuit board was blown by an apparent power surge, we opted to replace the unit due to it's 10yr age. Installation was done quickly and efficiently; all remotes were programmed and he explained all the new functions clearly. Before leaving he lubricated all the hinges and track and took away to dispose the old chain. We are very satisfied customers and will recommend Precision Garage Door service to others.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had used this company before when I had a broken spring, and this was repaired the same day I called and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a problem with the remote not communicating properly with the overhead unit, and the technician not only identified that it was related to electrical interference in the community, but then walked up and down the street and was able to find the source of the problem. I highly recommend this company.

Within a few hours, Jeremy arrived and diagnosed the issue within minutes, and had the door fully functioning again in about 45 minutes. My technician was phenomenal. I actually cancelled my original appointment with another company (banko) because they weren't willing to accommodate my schedule and had poor customer service. I have use your service for at least 10 years and needed your service on today. 7/14 Mr Tsangarinos came to service my equipment and diagnose the issue which was more serious then I realize I was overcome with tears. you see I was diagnosed with Cancer 6 weeks ago, no income and a single problem. He immediately had empathy for me explain I was a valuable Customer and can do a temp fix. I was beyond words you see I have never experience this from a Service Tech.
