The office staff was very helpful and seem to ask all of the right questions. Within one hour the service technician, Brent Howell, called and told me he was on the way. Upon his arrival he analyzed the situation and presented me with two options complete with prices. After I made my choice he completed the job in a very short time. Jose was professional and very pleasant. He diagnosed the issue immediately and gave us several options without any pressure. Although indications showed that the circuit board was blown by an apparent power surge, we opted to replace the unit due to it's 10yr age. Installation was done quickly and efficiently; all remotes were programmed and he explained all the new functions clearly. Before leaving he lubricated all the hinges and track and took away to dispose the old chain. We are very satisfied customers and will recommend Precision Garage Door service to others.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had used this company before when I had a broken spring, and this was repaired the same day I called and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a problem with the remote not communicating properly with the overhead unit, and the technician not only identified that it was related to electrical interference in the community, but then walked up and down the street and was able to find the source of the problem.
