James Mantscch arrived on time and quickly discovered the problem. He went to work immediately and replaced the garage door opener that was no longer working properly. The garage door is now closing and opening better than it ever has before. He also informed us that the fumes from the chlorine we kept for the pool in the garage could rust all the metal parts of the opener and we should find a new place for it. Called at 2:30 PM with opener issues on an old opener and had a new opener installed, new spring, wheels, bearings and all set for another decade by 6:00 PM.
