My double garage door was installed less than 5 years ago by DGD (Spring Hill, FL) and one of the springs broke in less than five years, which is very odd. And the door made very strange noises since the day it was installed. After walking through the entire door system with James (technician) it turns out the rail rollers installed were designed for a single door not a double, and all of the rollers were worn out already. In summary, many of the parts were worn out because a bad install, which resulted in $800 dollars in repairs after 5 years; not normal. The technician was very thorough, and upon completion of the repair the door never sounded so quiet. My Wife and daughter were absolutely amazed. Thank you James and Precision.

I called in answer to your ad on Amazon because my garage door needed some repairs. Your technician, James Rodney, was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He showed me that I should replace my 20 year old opener and was able to install a new Liftmaster 8335. He also did the repairs to the door that I had called about very efficiently. Had everything replaced on garage door, springs rollers, etc, also had a new garage opener installed. tech's name was Richard, I believe, just glanced at his badge. he was friendly, curtious, and did an excellent job. Actually although he was here to do a job , my husband and I both enjoyed his company, was very friendly. he explained everything and was very perfeshional. was not planning on purchasing a new garage door at this particular time, but knew it would need to be replaced shortly, because of the tech's pleasantness and professionalism decided to go ahead and purchase garage door opener since he was already at the house. I would rate this tech with a number 5. choose this company out of pure luck, picked the name from phone book.

I had the Garage Door Bottom Weather Seal replaced and a Tune-Up. Jim was very professional. He called before he came. The job was well done. He pointed out some things that were showing wear that i should watch for but did not annoy me about getting it done immediately.

We first contacted Precision to repair the keypad that was not activating the garage door. After several unsuccessful attempts at repair by an installer, he called a technician who arranged to come that same afternoon. The technician replaced the circuit board on the motor which did not resolve the problem. Finally, after much sweat and effort, he replaced the motor with a new one that resolved the problem. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome. We have nothing but praise for your courteous and thoughtful service people that work for Precision.
