Showed up on time and repaired the sensor. Upon checking the loud noise coming from the opener it was determined that a new opener was needed, I knew it also but did not want to admit it........got a new opener and new springs. Jim Rodey (technician) was very professional and did a great job, very pleased with the service.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Doug arrived ahead of schedule. Very friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. We needed new springs, rollers and bearings. There was NO ATTEMPT TO UP-SELL US INTO MORE THAN WE NEEDED! The difference in performance was obvious and our experience with Precision was one of the most positive we've ever had with any home repair provider. The "Angie's List Discount" was significant and much appreciated. There may be cheaper prices in the marketplace, but there is no better product or service than Precision.
