Showed up on time and repaired the sensor. Upon checking the loud noise coming from the opener it was determined that a new opener was needed, I knew it also but did not want to admit it........got a new opener and new springs. Jim Rodey (technician) was very professional and did a great job, very pleased with the service.

Precision is the Best around ! Everyone from Precision is knowledgeable and courteous. They explain everything fully so that I know what I am getting and listen to my needs. I was very happy that a tech was available on Saturday when the Garage door cable & rollers broke. We could not open the door manually and my car was stuck in the garage. Craig Earle, the technician, did an excellent job. He was very courteous & professional. He replaced the cables, rollers & reinforced the door in 2 places. Definitely 5-star service.

Your customer service was pleasant and very helpful (they scheduled a service call, then called back to say they had a earlier slot if we were available), to Doug the associate who repaired our key pad. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Doug arrived ahead of schedule. Very friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. We needed new springs, rollers and bearings. There was NO ATTEMPT TO UP-SELL US INTO MORE THAN WE NEEDED! The difference in performance was obvious and our experience with Precision was one of the most positive we've ever had with any home repair provider. The "Angie's List Discount" was significant and much appreciated. There may be cheaper prices in the marketplace, but there is no better product or service than Precision.

Was pleased to get weekend service, and especially on such short notice. We called at 7:30 or 8:00 am on Saturday, got phone call from service rep' and he was there before noon.
