Professional, Dependable, Curteous and on scheduled time!! Had garage overhead door installed last year , last week it started making a noise, I called Precision, they came right out and repaired( only needed to be lubricated). When I contacted Precision Door the lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. When Jimmy came out he was honest and straight to the point and did not beat around the bush. I told him what I could afford and he worked very well with it. I have a lot going on in my life right now and didn’t know how I was going to afford this. It was nice to see there are still some honest people in this world and I will defiantly call them back when I have problems again. Also to Jimmy's boss you should give the man a raise. Frank Soto your employee was excellent. His explanation of our problem was right on. There was not a question that he did not answer. His work habits and cleaning up was excellent. He explained the working of the new opener to the point that a child could operate the unit. 1) Unlike most Florida businesses, Precision called twice on the day of my garage door maintenance to inform me of: first when they would arrive (2) to tighten the time bracket to allow me to do errands. 2) The tech was well informed, courteous, and skilled. He examined my 15 year old system, told me what the problem is that prohibits the door from operating well and options with estimates of the repair or replacement. 3) Have no way to currently compare, but I would allow that the prices quoted were reasonable. 4) Tech left the area clean. Programmed all handheld remotes. I would highly recommend Precision to relatives, friends and associates.

I have seen your vehicles in my development. A couple of weeks ago my garage door wouldn't open so I called your company. Our technician Ben Elliot showed up promptly during the rainstorm, he figured out what was wrong , and before you knew it we have two new "super quiet" belt driven garage door openers, a new spring, and a key pad. Ben had everything he needed right on his truck, he was friendly and professional. We will be sure to recommend your company and Ben to every one we know, thank you again for such great service.
