The Service technician James Rodey arrived ontime and within minutes he installed and programmed a remote keypad and extra car remote That I ordered. While he was testing the remotes he noticed that the opener's chain tension was a little too tight and a door trolley was sticking. He took the time to adjust the chain and lubricate the trolleys while explaining the normal homeowner maintenance I should follow. He went the extra mile and the door operates perfectly. James' level of service is a positive reflection of the company's commitment to its customers

From the gal that took the initial call, to Mike's professional assessment and installation, great to to see a first rate company perform this well. These guys replaced a broken spring, bad rollers and a cross bar that was ready to fail all in under an hour. This door is working better than new. Thanks Mike.
