I called Precision overhead door for repairs on my garage door after a recommendation from a neighbor. The appointment was easy to make and they offered same day service. The technician, Doug, called ahead to let me know when to expect him and he arrived on time. He gave me an estimate of repairs and talked to me about what was needed to get my door working like new again. He was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me a feeling of confidence and trust. My door works great again - I'll recommend this company to my neighbors and friends too.

The Service technician James Rodey arrived ontime and within minutes he installed and programmed a remote keypad and extra car remote That I ordered. While he was testing the remotes he noticed that the opener's chain tension was a little too tight and a door trolley was sticking. He took the time to adjust the chain and lubricate the trolleys while explaining the normal homeowner maintenance I should follow. He went the extra mile and the door operates perfectly. James' level of service is a positive reflection of the company's commitment to its customers

The technician arrived exactly when he said he would when he called. The job itself was done with the care and concern as if it was his Mom's door he was fixing. The Tech was excellent, very courtious, very knowlegeable, and worked at a good speed to fix the Overhead door spring problems. He pointed out some door problems that probably occurred at installation. I don't remember his name.

I was extremely impressed with the services that Precision Overhead Garage Door Services. The representative called 15 minutes before arriving, which most companies do not do. Also, the representative stayed longer than expected and actually apologized for the extra time. The representative was extremely professional and courteous. The representative did not pressure us nor sold unnecessary parts/services that we did not need. It was a pleasure dealing with your representative and company.
