We first contacted Precision to repair the keypad that was not activating the garage door. After several unsuccessful attempts at repair by an installer, he called a technician who arranged to come that same afternoon. The technician replaced the circuit board on the motor which did not resolve the problem. Finally, after much sweat and effort, he replaced the motor with a new one that resolved the problem. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome. We have nothing but praise for your courteous and thoughtful service people that work for Precision.

I called around 7:30am and explained my issue to the phone agent told me there would be a tech out between 11am-1pm. I was called by the tech around 11:20 advising me that I woild be his next step and that he would likely arrive around 12 noon. He promptly showded up and examined the issue. Once diagnosed presented me with a solution and a reasonavle price. He did not take long and was professional. This is the type of service I am gald to pay for. These folks did what they said they were going to do and did it well.

We called about noon today. They said the technician would be at the house between 4 and 6pm. The technician,James, after calling about 20 minutes before, arrived at around 5:00. After examining the system, he explained what we needed and the cost. He installed the new parts, explained the system to us and even help program my car. He was done a little after 7pm. We are very impressed with the service.

James was honest about not needing new weather seal at the bottom of the door so I trusted him when he said that the old springs will become an issue soon and he could replace them while he was here cheaper than if I waited til they failed. I would call Precision Door again in the future.

I needed some repair work on my garage door and found a special deal on Angie's List for the replacement of the bottom seal and tune up. Tom called ahead and arrived within the promised window of time. Tom was very nice and professional as he explained exactly what he would do and the outcome I could expect. Everything was done quickly and exceptionally well and I'm tremendously happy with the job. I'm going to need my garage door replaced within the next couple years or so and I will certainly call Precision to do the job!
