James (Tech) checked out the system and stated that in was initially installed incorrectly by a Tech that had been termed. James replaced the entire system at no charge to us. The Service technician James Rodey arrived ontime and within minutes he installed and programmed a remote keypad and extra car remote That I ordered. While he was testing the remotes he noticed that the opener's chain tension was a little too tight and a door trolley was sticking. He took the time to adjust the chain and lubricate the trolleys while explaining the normal homeowner maintenance I should follow. He went the extra mile and the door operates perfectly. James' level of service is a positive reflection of the company's commitment to its customers
