The first contact with the person setting up the appointment to the tech David Crowe was truly five star all the way. I called at about 1:30 pm and was told I would have a tech today between 2 and 6pm. David Crowe was the tech who kept me informed when he would be arriving. He called me once and gave me an idea of when he would be here. then called again giving me fifteen minute to arrival. He arrived as promised and was most professional from the moment he arrived till he left. He asked me what was wrong. He told me that he would figure it out. He then spoke to me explaining what needed to be done and began the work right away. He completed the work and made sure I understood what he had done and how to operate the new equipment. He made sure my door opener worked and my car was programmed correctly too. He also showed me how to lube the system once a year and left me a can of lube. Before he left we wanted to make sure I had no questions and was satisfied with everything. Your company was wonderful and will refer to all my friends and will always use your company.

5 STAR / 5 STAR / 5 STAR ...LAST YEAR I CALLED TO GET AN IN CAR REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE GARAGE DOOR. YOU CAME & SOLVED MY PROBLEM. EVALUATED THE CONDITION OF MY GARAGE DOOR & I ASKED ABOUT A MORE QUIET OPENER SYSTEM. YESTERDAY THE MRS & I CAME HOME ABOUT 3 PM, PULLED INTO THE GARAGE, CLOSED THE OVERHEAD & HEADED INTO THE HOUSE WHEN A RATHER LOUD "THUMP" OCCURRED SOMEWHERE IN THE GARAGE, AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION I SAW THAT THE MAIN "LEFT" SPRING HAD BROKEN. I CALLED PRECISION FROM THE TELE # ON YOUR STICKER FROM LAST YEAR & GOT A NEXT DAY TIME APPOINTMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SPRING ! WHOMEVER I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE & ASSURING, GIVING ME A NEXT DAY (SAT) SERVICE & TIME. SWITCH TO SAT 7/20, RECEIVED AN INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM YOU TECH, DAVID CROWE, INTRODUCING HIMSELF & ASSURING HE WOULD BE THERE SHORTLY !! THIS YOUNG MAN WAS EXCEPTIONALLY POLITE, ASSURED HE COULD & WOULD GET THE JOB DONE, WE SPOKE OF LAST YEARS PRECISION EVALUATION OF OUR DOOR. I ASKED HIM ABOUT A QUIETER OPENING SYSTEM & HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO GET IT INSTALLED. HIS REPLY WAS, "WE CAN GET IT DONE TODAY", & WE DID, I WOULD SAY HIS CONFIDENCE, & POSITIVE ATTITUDE MADE ME BELIEVER IN PRECISION DOOR. I SORT OF PESTERED HIM WHILE HE WORKED, CHATTED, KIDDED, TOLD STORIES ABOUT "FISHING" ETC. YOU & YOUR COMPANY ARE MY ONE & ONLY, " FOR GARAGE DOOR PROBLEMS".

You guys are top notch . Best customer service . With this day and age customer service seems to be less and less . But you guys blew all my expectations out of the water . Everything was well explained and they made sure to get it fixed ASAP for us . Josh did amazing job explaining everything to us . Chris was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He replaced a garage door opener that was over 25 years old. I was glad that he explained and demonstrated how all the buttons worked on the device attached to the garage side door entry. This is the second time I've used Precision. I had them replace the springs 2 years ago after a different company did a spring replacement incorrectly, resulting in the spring breaking within a short period of time. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

We just closed on a new home when one of our garage doors broke at 4:00 pm Friday. Of course, our car was in the garage and impossible to get out. Called Precision and was told a tech would be out between 5:00 & 9:00 pm. Justin arrived about 5:00, repaired both doors. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and expedient in getting the doors working in a safe manner. I will definitely refer Precision to others!

I have a friend who works for Precision, That's the reason I called. My only issue with my invoice are 2 charges that were not told to me when I was given the actual cost of the replacement. My final bill showed charges of $20 for Fuel/Energy surcharge and $33.53 for Shop supplies. Neither of these charges were mentioned prior to installation. That said, the serviceman, David, was very professional and courteous. And went above and beyond to make sure my wife understood how the new device worked. 5 star rating and will recommend to friends.

We had Precision Overhead Garage Door back in 2004 when the springs needed to be replaced. They lasted 14 years before needing to be replaced again. There was no hassle about coming out on a Saturday or Sunday to fix our garage door. Dave replaced the springs, rollers, and gave us some lub for the door, to apply once a year at a fair price. We will use Precision Overhead Door again.

Justin was timely and very professional. He showed me the damaged spring and suggested new rollers and demonstrated the old wobbly, noisy and how they could effect the operator if not replaced. Justin arrived 45 minuted after my call and completed his work in one hour. Very impressive. I would recommend Precision to any one requiring garage door servicing.

Right on time. Excellent service and very friendly repairman. Company had the proper part on the truck and did not need to make additional trips to complete the repair. However, that being said, I have requested a email receipt and have not received one as of this time.

We had a new Garage Door installed on August 7. We love it, it looks great, it is better insulated and much more quiet than our old door. It is also higher rated for wind. Julie was very knowledgeable when she came out to give us and estimate on what a new door would cost. Our installer was also very professional and went to work and didn't stop till it was done.
