Mathew Leto was the technician, he showed up on time and inspected the door and found a few potential problems that needed attention and left the decision with me, absolutely no high pressure, the reason I called was that my neighbor and I had the same code and my opener had a bad circuit board which couldn't be replaced because of the units age, parts are no longer available, I was already aware of that and was planning for a replacement, Mathew did an excellent job and my door is like new, very quiet. would definitely recommend Precision.

I was told it should be around 1 hundred for the repair by the person who made the appointment I thought the part was 70 dollars on the web so I thought great price. Needless to say it came out to $190. It was the part I thought it was. But all in all nice repairman who not only did the repair checked the rest of the door.

We started with a tune-up and rollers deal from Angie's List, but ended up adding a whole bunch of things to correct an out-of-balance door and a number of other things that we had just lived with over the years that was going to cause our garage door opener to fail. I called and got serviced that day. They gave me a 4 hour window and I asked for closer to 4:00 (vs 4 - 8:00), and the girl said she would do what they could. Brett was at my home at 4:00 and finished when he said. I was very happy with Brent, the tech that serviced my door. He explained everything to me and I did not feel pressured at all.

Their technicians are very prompt, friendly, and quite knowledgeable at determining the problem and fixing it to perfection. My issue this time was under warranty, but in the past I found their price to be very reasonable for their quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Our garage door opener wore out after 15 years. I called Precision after having an excellent previous experience with them. I asked if they could come the next day and he arrived as scheduled in the morning. He replaced the opener with a belt driven one that is so smooth and quiet you can barely hear it instead of it shaking the entire house. The technician was very professional and quick. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.
