Last summer Precision installed a new storm rated garage door. They attached it to the same ceiling blocks that were used on the original non-insulated fiberglass door. Due too the extra weight one of the blocks began to separate from the ceiling. On the afternoon of 4/25/18 I called the company and they scheduled technician Seth Leto at 8:00 am the following day. He was very professional and properly secured the track. I have been pleased with Precision from the time the estimator came out to the installers and now the warranty work.

I had Bryan and another guy come to my house to fix the safety sensor eyes, they both were very professional at what the do. They were both very friendly and informative, they answered any questions that I had. The door springs were in bad shape and they explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it.

Excellent experience with Precision. After I backed into the half open door, the bottom roller popped out. After releasing the opener and testing the door, it still worked. Precision came out to check things out and made a few adjustments and popped the roller back in. Very pleasant technician who arrived on schedule.
