Precision Door Service of Clearwater just finished installing my new 2 car garage door and opener. I originally called them because I kept seeing the company vans as well as television commercials. They were highly rated by the BBB. From the time Michele Miller came out with samples and we discussed the options through the installers completing the job today, they were all very professional. The door is beautiful and the belt drive opener is extremely quiet. I will definitely recommend them.

Keith not only changed the keypad out but also inspected the door's operation and lubrication. Keith also explained how to change the keycode in the future should I ever need to. I was impressed that Precision was able to send out a worker on a Sunday afternoon. The installer, John, analyzed the problem with our garage door and then he gave me several options. He was very honest and fair when showing me the various price options. When he had questions for me, he did not hesitate to ask, in order to ensure that the job was getting done to my specifications. He had all of the necessary parts with him in his truck (garage door opener, cables, springs, etc.) so once we agreed on the project, he immediately got to work and the job was completed in less than 4 hours.

Our garage door opener wore out after 15 years. I called Precision after having an excellent previous experience with them. I asked if they could come the next day and he arrived as scheduled in the morning. He replaced the opener with a belt driven one that is so smooth and quiet you can barely hear it instead of it shaking the entire house. The technician was very professional and quick. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

Mathew Leto was the technician, he showed up on time and inspected the door and found a few potential problems that needed attention and left the decision with me, absolutely no high pressure, the reason I called was that my neighbor and I had the same code and my opener had a bad circuit board which couldn't be replaced because of the units age, parts are no longer available, I was already aware of that and was planning for a replacement, Mathew did an excellent job and my door is like new, very quiet. would definitely recommend Precision.

I was told it should be around 1 hundred for the repair by the person who made the appointment I thought the part was 70 dollars on the web so I thought great price. Needless to say it came out to $190. It was the part I thought it was. But all in all nice repairman who not only did the repair checked the rest of the door.
