Absolutely 5 stars experience! After I received over $400 quote from a different company who told me I would have to replace some parts to be able to operate my garage door, Mike came over and told me no parts had to be replaced. It took him less than 2 minutes to have my garage door back working. Mike also did a complete check up and charged me nothing!! This is probably the most honest garage door company! HE EVALUATED SYSTEM AND CHARGED ME $49.99 SERVICE CALL.CHECKED AND CLEANED HE SAID MAY LAST OR POSSIBLE MAY NEED NEW UNIT. $866 for a two spring door replacement seems far over the top. The service tech called me prior to commencing the job. There are two sides to every story, but in my opinion he made it sound much worse than 2 springs. Talked about tracks, and rollers, etc. etc That call was at 2:04 pm at 3:08 pm he was done with work and collecting money on the phone. Never again, overpriced.
