Great customer service and fair pricing. Technician was punctual, friendly and reasonable. He analyzed the operation of my garage door and then listed several parts that did NOT need to be replaced, which made it clear that he was not trying to overcharge me. I've used this company twice now and will continue using them for all of my garage door repairs.

Absolutely 5 stars experience! After I received over $400 quote from a different company who told me I would have to replace some parts to be able to operate my garage door, Mike came over and told me no parts had to be replaced. It took him less than 2 minutes to have my garage door back working. Mike also did a complete check up and charged me nothing!! This is probably the most honest garage door company! I will definitely use them only for any needs in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you Mike!

I CALLED PRECISION GARAGE DOOR ON 7/22/2018 PROBLEM WITH DOOR STUCK IN UP POSITION THEY SAID TECH WOULD CALL BETWEEN 12:00 AND 4:00.ABOUT 20 MIN.LATER BRIAN HARMON CALLED SAID HE WOULD BE HERE ABOUT 40 MIN. HE EVALUATED SYSTEM AND CHARGED ME $49.99 SERVICE CALL.CHECKED AND CLEANED HE SAID MAY LAST OR POSSIBLE MAY NEED NEW UNIT. Jose was awesome, Precision will be our go to company in the event we need service. Need you to consider changing the policy regarding someone at home. We have an alarm system that shows entry into home. We all work and I travel ALOT so I would want the door fixed as soon as possible since two females are alone in the house.

$866 for a two spring door replacement seems far over the top. The service tech called me prior to commencing the job. There are two sides to every story, but in my opinion he made it sound much worse than 2 springs. Talked about tracks, and rollers, etc. etc That call was at 2:04 pm at 3:08 pm he was done with work and collecting money on the phone. Never again, overpriced.
