Service was amazing, the tech (Tim Vaughn) came out and walked through the inspection of the door and told me what needed to be replaced and what to continue to look for in the future. After the inspection he wrote down all the parts need and different pricing options before doing anything else. He did the job in about an hour and then showed me everything he did along with showing me all the defects with the parts he replaced. He made me feel comfortable with my choice for picking Precision and I will definetly recommend them to my friends and family. Great Job!!!!!

Truly knowledgeable staff, excellent service (Carlos M. was my tech), on-time, etc. For the amount of work that I had done (new motor, remotes, sensors, bearings, wheels, oil/grease, and an extended warranty), I was very pleased with the price. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. After my emergency phone call, Blake showed up 1.5 hours later (exactly when expected), diagnosed the problem, and presented my options with exact estimates. We chose our new machines, and he immediately replaced both. The entire job was done in less than 2 hours, and my husband and I continued on with our day. In addition, he programmed our remotes in our cars!!! Outstanding service!!

I used Precision in Julu of 2012 when I moved here and Mr. Matt Letto did a great job.so when my garage door was not working I called Precision at 6:00 am and the man on the other end could have not been more understanding to my problem. He made me a appointment this afternoon. When Dallas Frazier got here he wnet right to work and fix the problem some under warranty and one thing need new. Dallas was at the door in no time whit all the work done and the door working like new again. Precision had shown how each of the technician are pros and have always present them selves in a manner. I had a garage door spring break, and before that my garage door was so loud that I did not want to be in the garage when it was opening or closing. When Frank came to my house to replace the spring, he did a total inspection of my door and opener. He showed me rollers that were completely frozen and other parts that were failing. He had all parts on hand to fix everything. Frank was very professional and polite. When he was finished, he showed everything that I need to do as far as maintenance to keep my garage door functioning and quiet. I would definitely recommend them.
