From my first phone call with the front office, to the expert technician on site, A+ all the way around. The company came as a referral from a friend in my sub-division, and I was not diappointed. Truly knowledgeable staff, excellent service (Carlos M. was my tech), on-time, etc. For the amount of work that I had done (new motor, remotes, sensors, bearings, wheels, oil/grease, and an extended warranty), I was very pleased with the price. Very nice work, I'm proud to have your sticker on my door!

The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. After my emergency phone call, Blake showed up 1.5 hours later (exactly when expected), diagnosed the problem, and presented my options with exact estimates. We chose our new machines, and he immediately replaced both. The entire job was done in less than 2 hours, and my husband and I continued on with our day. In addition, he programmed our remotes in our cars!!! Outstanding service!!

I used Precision in Julu of 2012 when I moved here and Mr. Matt Letto did a great job.so when my garage door was not working I called Precision at 6:00 am and the man on the other end could have not been more understanding to my problem. He made me a appointment this afternoon. When Dallas Frazier got here he wnet right to work and fix the problem some under warranty and one thing need new. Dallas was at the door in no time whit all the work done and the door working like new again. Precision had shown how each of the technician are pros and have always present them selves in a manner. I give them 10 stars out of 5 stars they are that good. Thank you,

Our technician for our garage door opener was Carlos Morales. He was one of the best technicians that we have ever had! I had a garage door spring break, and before that my garage door was so loud that I did not want to be in the garage when it was opening or closing. When Frank came to my house to replace the spring, he did a total inspection of my door and opener. He showed me rollers that were completely frozen and other parts that were failing. He had all parts on hand to fix everything. Frank was very professional and polite. When he was finished, he showed everything that I need to do as far as maintenance to keep my garage door functioning and quiet. I would definitely recommend them.

Bob Blanchette has performed work twice for us and I'll request him if at all possible in the future. Bob is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, humble and is the epitome of professionalism. The last time Bob was at our home, a tough job kept him from getting to our issue until 7:00 P.M. Although it took over a week to complete the job order, Doug was able to locate the root of the problem and had to place an order for the part, which was not in stock. Doug was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He kept apologizing for the delay in completing the work.

I needed a garage door repair service that was 24 hours. I was in a bind as our garage door broke and could not be opened manually, and my car was in the garage. I called and was given a window time of 8 to 10 a.m. When it was getting very close to 10 and no one had shown up, I called and was told that the time would be another 45 min. This was upsetting to me and Craig the repair man said he would call the office and see if he could be here as soon as possible. Craig was very professional and understanding of my situation and worked quickly and efficiently. Although the time frame was not what I was told that it would be. Craig was very informative and did the job as quickly as he could.
