I made an appointment with Precision in the morning and Grant, the technician arrived in the afternoon. He quickly assessed the problem, and the new installation was done in less than two hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative about all that needed to be done. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

We had an outstanding experience with Precision! First, they were able to set an appointment the same day we called. Second, they were flexible when we had to call later to adjust the service window. And, best of all, was working with their service technician, Robert Trotter. He provided detailed and honest assessment of what items needed attention, while clearly explaining each. Absolutely no pressure, but just good information, with solutions offered in order of priority for safety and protection of our property. He was a pleasure to interact with…warm, personable, professional and very hard working. Every detail attended to, leaving us with a sense of assurance in the quality of the equipment and his installation. He is a true credit to his profession and to the Precision company!

This is the 2nd time using Precision and they were excellent both times. Our tech was Isak Zenkic who was very professional and offered an economical solution to our problem. I called the company that installed our garage doors when the spring on one of the doors broke this morning. They told me it would be 4 days before they could repair it. I called Precision and explained the situation and the urgency to get it repaired. Austin arrived within 2 hours of my call as promised. He was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. Austin evaluated the situation and went over with me what needed to be done to complete the repair. Once completed he showed me what he did and why and encouraged me to call if I needed further assistance. It was a pleasure to deal with a company whose staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go that extra mile. Precision is now the company I will call for any garage door repairs, and I will be requesting Austin. So grateful for Austin’s quick response and the great job he did.

My garage door stopped working yesterday and I called Precision Door Service and I got an appointment for the very next day. Travis Sanferraro was friendly and explained everything that needed to be fixed. He did all the repairs with in an hour.Would definitely be recommending this company and Travis also.

Only submitted this review because we got an e-mail requesting it... We requested a quote to have a broken spring repaired on our seven year old home. We asked several folks in our neighborhood with similar home models how much they paid for the same repair. The answers varied from $200 - $470. After receiving other quotes, Precisions quote came in at over $1,800! That's almost four times the price of the next highest quote that we received ($460). Further, the technician insisted on rebuilding our entire garage door system because Precision doesn't Wayne Dalton parts. Huge waste of our time and Precision's gas to drive out. Not only that, the technician insisted that we lift our 230lbs garage door so that he wouldn't need to pass through the house. Mind you, I'm a disabled-veteran. Highly-unprofessional - avoid! Our large neighborhood community group got a pretty good laugh out of the quote. Suppose I should have the VA bill Precision for my next chiropractors appointment.

I received same day service from Precision concerning repairs to my garage door. I needed a new chain and new spring. Luke Rose was my technician. Not only was he extremely friendly, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repairs, options and answered all my questions.
