We had our new garage door opener installed this evening along with springs,bearings rollers and all the trimmings need to make our system work flawlessly. Not only were the technicians able to do the job with ease, but they had to be the friendliest people I've met in a long time. They completed the job in two hours flat. Very very impressed. If you have a garage you need their number on hand. 5 Stars

I needed a garage door repair service that was 24 hours. I was in a bind as our garage door broke and could not be opened manually, and my car was in the garage. I called and was given a window time of 8 to 10 a.m. When it was getting very close to 10 and no one had shown up, I called and was told that the time would be another 45 min. This was upsetting to me and Craig the repair man said he would call the office and see if he could be here as soon as possible. Craig was very professional and understanding of my situation and worked quickly and efficiently. Although the time frame was not what I was told that it would be. Craig was very informative and did the job as quickly as he could.

The service provided today by Master Service Technician John T. was outstanding. We needed new springs and a new garage door opener installed. John and his partner arrived early, sat down with me and explained the issue, and provided me with options in fixing the problem. Not only did John provide great and efficient service, he also had superior customer service which is hard to come by these days. Keep up the great work :-) We will definitely refer friends/neighbors to Precision if ever the need arises.

The guys that came out were very nice and professional. It was a little pricey for what I got and the$20 gas fee was unexpected. But I called the company and they refunded that for me.

What outstanding service! I called at 10am and Ed was at my door within an hour as promised after calling first to make sure I was available! Ed is extremely knowledgable about his line of work and certainly shows his enthusiasm for his job and company.
