Overall experience was excellent! My technician was Zach, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a personality that was warm and friendly. I selected Precision to replace the garage motor and mechanism following the flood from the hurricane. They did a great job then and when my door would not open now, I called again and the spring needed to be replaced which was the original installation of the door. Adam did a great job and remembered being here before. He was very efficient and informative. Although the pricing is high, I feel it is a quality job and reliable!

Well, I had some difficulty with defective panels that may have been more cosmetic than anything,Precision Garage Doors stood by to replace them until they were right. It took several times to get it right, but there was never a kickback from them. They just ordered replacement panels to make it right. Took a little longer to get it right, but it is fully correct and I’m very happy with my garage door. Several different technicians have come. Every one of them has been polite, Explained what they were doing, and on time always.

When my remote suddenly stopped working and did not work even after new batteries, I learned that I did not have a key for the vault to manually operate my garage door. Followup diagnostic visit recommended new motor for the garage opener. Once the second tech listened to the motor, remote, sensors, switch all were replaced. Wow you can bearly hear the doors open now. We had a SUNDAY morning service call. We were given followup appointment reminders and updates as to when the tech was on his way. The repair was well within our budget. The tech was informing us thru the repairs and very thorough.

My garage door spring is about to go and the tension is not as strong as it should be so my garage door jerks when opening a closed door, called and they were out the same day and adjusted the closing, they left after explaining what is needed, they sent me an email with a list of what they would replace and price so I can think it over. Probably will have it done a little later and the service man was kind and accommodating.

Best company! I'd give a 10 star!! Had install a complete new system 11 years ago with Precision and the young gentleman was very professional and answered my questions!! Come to find out that my hairdresser's husband also did garage doors----AND he was as the young man who did mine--CARLOS MORALES!! 11 years later Carlos is still working with company!!

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from beginning to end. It was easy to make an appointment online for next day service. The gentleman that came out was on time and thoroughly reviewed my system. Once the problems were noted, he installed a new garage door opener to me and servicing my garage door. He explained in detail all that I needed to know about the system. I was very impressed with the service.

Mike did a great job replacing the broken tension spring. he informed me of parts that were functioning but the records showed 10 years old. No sales pitch just information. I would call Precision and ask for Mike and recommend in the future.

Big mistake. In late December, 2023, I paid $3,500.00 up front for work that was not accomplished. Precision did an installation, but utilized the previous installation, requiring only about half the cost of what I paid for. The installers assured me that I would be receiving a refund. A few days later I received a voicemail saying that I didn’t owe anything more. When I tried to return the call I was told by another representative that I needed to speak to the person that left the voicemail. After a few unsuccessful attempts I gave up. (My bad)
