I have used you before when a spring broke. Chris was on time and was very professional My garage door is very heavy. It is a Miami hurricane door. It 18 feet wide instead of 16 Ft. It was very heavy so we decided to put double springs on it to help lift the door. Chris was great and explained things as he did them. He cleaned up as he worked. I highly recommend Precision Garage door.

Appt. was made to replace worn rollers. Upon inspection of entire unit Carlos determined and explained several problems the biggest of which was the very worn coil atop motor housing that was destined to fail in the short term. We decided to replace with new Linear motor. Carlos also replaced worn rollers on an otherwise good- condition overhead 18-foot door and re-anchored center drive rail mount to garage header.

I was surprised at how quickly we were able to get serviced, less than 3 hours after I called to request a repair on our garage door. Dallas immediately identified the problem and fixed it in only a few minutes. Then he took extra time to lubricate all moving parts and checked all aspects of the door as well as a second one we have. He was personable and friendly. Superior work and quality. Bryan and Stacey were prompt, courteous and experienced. Full explanation followed they install including programing of a control on one of our vehicles that we did not no existed. Highly recommended. Kevin Cutolo was the representative and he did an excellent job of repairing the door. He was very knowledgeable and polite listed all the cost associated with the door. The cost I do believe was rather high at $ 880.00 for springs bearings and rollers

Installation was prompt an efficient, happy with the door, unfortunately the operator short circuited the first time we tried to close the door. It was an old operator, so I called the installer who had just left and he arranged for a technician to come this evening. Hope he is bringing a new operstor with him.

I don't usually comment on my customer service from various vendors, but I have to say, this company has it's act together. We had a problem with an existing garage door that Precision installed for the prior owner of our condo unit. The appointment was set up for same day service and the technician who arrived at our home, Chris, did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - it is rare to find a well managed, customer focused company like Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Chris Pinnegar is knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He showed me what the issue was with my garage door which was buzzing only and not opening or closing the garage door. When he completed the repairs, the garage door not only works but it is a lot more quieter than it used to be. We’ve had the springs and the electric eye sensor replaced by Precision before, so we know how their workmanship is, which is excellent and I would always recommend Precision and Chris Pinnegar and his associates to replace or repair any garage door. Price was affordable too!

They hit the mark every step of the way from evening access for reporting issues to their phone and email follow up. They were able to schedule a technician to come out the next afternoon. Prior to the appointment, I received a call from the technician alerting me of a short delay so there were no surprises.
