Arnold Simpson was very polite and professional. He explained the different options and prices ranging from repairs to my old opener to buying a new one. My new opener and remotes are excellent. He programmed and tested the remotes, and he even took the time to sweep the leaves from my garage.

Very pleased with our experience with Precision. Came home from a trip, and pushed the button to open the garage, and no joy. Broke a spring Called Precision, was told someone would call back between 2 and 6pm. Bryan called at 2:15, saying he was 10 minutes away, and would call when he arrived. After surveying the issue, he came back with a list of things that should be done. We fixed the immediate problem, and have pricing on the remaining maintenance items. More than we wanted to spend (not saying they're more expensive than anyone else. We had a car stuck in the garage, and needed it out), but they showed up and fixed the issue in less than three hours after my initial call. Very straightforward, no bullshit, and didn't try to up-sell. I highly recommend them. We will be calling them back for the remaining maintenance items.

The folks from Precision Garage Door have a solid understanding of what good looks like for their business model. They hit the mark every step of the way from evening access for reporting issues to their phone and email follow up. They were able to schedule a technician to come out the next afternoon. Prior to the appointment, I received a call from the technician alerting me of a short delay so there were no surprises. I have used you before when a spring broke. Chris was on time and was very professional My garage door is very heavy. It is a Miami hurricane door. It 18 feet wide instead of 16 Ft. It was very heavy so we decided to put double springs on it to help lift the door. Chris was great and explained things as he did them. He cleaned up as he worked. I highly recommend Precision Garage door.
