He reprogrammed the remotes that had stopped working and replaced all the hardware for our main garage door. Everything is now working perfectly. My spring broke on a Sunday, called them at 6:30 Sunday evening, a live body answered the phone and scheduled me for the next day. They were at my house by 8:30 the next morning and were done in an hour. Outstanding service, couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

Wayne was knowledgable, skilled and has a great attitude. He called when he was on his way and arrived with a smile. He installed a new Linear garage door opener on our double garage. Our old Craftsman worked, but was noisy and wasn't able to handle programing enough vehicles, remotes and the keypad. Thank you, Wayne!

What a great experience we had with Precision! I called around 8:00 am on Friday morning after discovering our garage door would not open, trapping both our cars inside. With a full day of appointments, it was a bit stressful. I pleaded to try and have someone come as soon as possible and while no promises were made, we had the good fortune to have your technician Jose, call me about 45 minutes later to tell me he was on his way! Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and especially kind and helpful. He diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and we could not be happier with the job he did. I know that the product is right for me, that I learned everything about my new product, and got terrific value! Thank you, I wish your service was universal through out the service industry. Teach some classes! First I was offered a check to see if it just needed repair. Well no, not after 23 years. I am happy and very content with service and products. I have always used Precision for all of my garage needs. They have always been prompt and if they give you a time frame they are always accurate. Mr. Timothy Vaughn came out today and installed a damaged circuit board. He was very professional and courteous. He throughly explained my options after figuring out what was wrong and gave me the decision to select the option that I preferred.

Our garage door, opener, and spring system were about 30 years old. The spring broke and the rollers plus some bushing/bearings were showing age. In the past, we had used a different garage door company with limited success so, based on TV advertising, we call Precision. After talking with Precision, we made an appointment for the next day, Kevin, our technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, and gave us several options & price points. We agreed on a middle-priced level. The spring replacements, roller replacements, and additional work took an approx. .5 hours. After completion, everything worked as new. Kevin explained what he did, why he did it, and proper maintenance. For the work done and the parts replaced, the cost was nominal & acceptable. My wife and I are pleased with the competence of our tech, the quality of the parts, and the professionalism of the repair. We have no qualms recommending Precision.

I wish there had been a proactive review of what needed to be replaced compared to what might have been under warranty as I had previously (within last couple of years) bought all new door from you. I have done business with Precision Door five or six times over the 21.5 years I have lived at this residence. Always been happy with the service and the company reps that come. Yesterday Bryan and Stewart fit that same mold very curteous and very good at what they were doing. Made repairs timely and since I was on a time crunch they helped me meet my goals. i had a broken cable on one side of the door. I had a broken cable many years ago. We did not replace years ago but we did yesterday. I did not think that was warranted based on the age of the spring. Ended up also changing the winders the cable runs on because new cables were thicker and required a winder winder. that repair then required a new spring. Just felt I had extra expense that wasn't necessary. Both men were professional, friendly and good. But in the end I felt I spent more money than was needed for the repair.

The tech was great and I appreciated his timeliness and knowledge. Our father passed away 3 weeks ago and my siblings and I are trying to handle his personal affairs. I inquired about a military discount on behalf of our father, but was told a discount only applies to motors. We were a little disappointed in that but overall the service was great.
