I have used you before when a spring broke. Chris was on time and was very professional My garage door is very heavy. It is a Miami hurricane door. It 18 feet wide instead of 16 Ft. It was very heavy so we decided to put double springs on it to help lift the door. Chris was great and explained things as he did them. He cleaned up as he worked. I highly recommend Precision Garage door.

Appt. was made to replace worn rollers. Upon inspection of entire unit Carlos determined and explained several problems the biggest of which was the very worn coil atop motor housing that was destined to fail in the short term. We decided to replace with new Linear motor. Carlos also replaced worn rollers on an otherwise good- condition overhead 18-foot door and re-anchored center drive rail mount to garage header.

Dallas immediately identified the problem and fixed it in only a few minutes. Installation was prompt an efficient, happy with the door, unfortunately the operator short circuited the first time we tried to close the door. I don't usually comment on my customer service from various vendors, but I have to say, this company has it's act together. We had a problem with an existing garage door that Precision installed for the prior owner of our condo unit. The appointment was set up for same day service and the technician who arrived at our home, Chris, did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - it is rare to find a well managed, customer focused company like Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!
