From the initial call setting up my estimate to the installation of my new garage door I am completely satisfied. Rebecca was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly while helping me select my garage door. She was able to answer all my questions. I love the appearance of the door that I selected. I am 100% satisfied with my door and everyone I spoke with or interacted with during the process. Seth did a through job. - he called before he came, he was on time, and the installation went smoothly. He explained how to care for my door and answered my questions. I really appreciated him offering to place the bulb in the light. Everything was left tidy with all the old debris being hauled away. Plus my dog Tucker really liked Rebecca and Seth.

I had opened my garage door to back the car out and then when I tried to close it the light started flashing like an obstruction was interfering with the closing.I checked around but could not find the problem. Arnold Simpson was very polite and professional. He explained the different options and prices ranging from repairs to my old opener to buying a new one. My new opener and remotes are excellent. He programmed and tested the remotes, and he even took the time to sweep the leaves from my garage.

Very pleased with our experience with Precision. Came home from a trip, and pushed the button to open the garage, and no joy. Broke a spring Called Precision, was told someone would call back between 2 and 6pm. Bryan called at 2:15, saying he was 10 minutes away, and would call when he arrived. After surveying the issue, he came back with a list of things that should be done. We fixed the immediate problem, and have pricing on the remaining maintenance items. More than we wanted to spend (not saying they're more expensive than anyone else. We had a car stuck in the garage, and needed it out), but they showed up and fixed the issue in less than three hours after my initial call. Very straightforward, no bullshit, and didn't try to up-sell. I highly recommend them. We will be calling them back for the remaining maintenance items.

Technician came to repair our garage door opener the same day we called. He needed to replace the opener and worked to come up with a solution to a storage shelf above the cars that gave limited access. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. He was very easy to work with, and we would use Precision again.
