On February 10th 2017 our garage door opener started to have a problem going down. It would stop in the middle of the cycle for no unknown reason. This problem continued to happen more frequently so I called their office and was told a technician would be out w/i a few hours to look at it. I got a call from Jeffrey Pinney to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very professional and got to work immediately. It is nice to call a company and get a pleasant person on the phone, schedule an appointment in a short period of time, have the work done by a professional representative. I would recommend Precision overhead garage door service in a heart beat. They replaced our garage door opener, keypad & rollers. It is now like a brand new door. I am glad I kept seeing Precision's advertising both in the paper and on billboards because that is who I thought to call once this problem started to happen. I would give them 5 stars.

Matt called ahead, arrived when promised and did an assessment of our 19 year old garage door. Based on his assessment we had all rollers and 2 bearings replaced. The door operates quietly and the work was completed as described. That is what I expected and that's what I received. Outstanding.

Current Genie Door was 29 plus years old and worked well but some noisy. Tried to fix it but made the decision that it was time for a new unit. Installed and gone in a little over an hour. Service was great and work was done efficiently and timely.

I actually googled automatic garage door openers installation near my location, I saw several however I just had a gut feeling about precision, I called them up, lickety-split Jeff showed up, extremely professional and courteous. I'm very happy with Jeff's customer care service toward me and my entire family household, additionally Ashley's customer care service was outstanding as well... I would definitely highly recommend to all my family and friends to go with Precision!!!

Two days before Christmas my garage door would not open, I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and they were able to make an appointment the same day. I was extremely happy with the same day appointment for no-one wants to go into the holidays with a broken garage door. My technician, Keith Anderson contacted me to let me know he was on the way. As soon as Keith arrived he introduced himself and asked numerous questions to determine the nature of the problem. Once the issue(my springs were bad) was determined he was able to provide me with solutions which came in a couple of options. Keith quickly went to work and was able to complete the job in a little over an hour. Keith also made recommendations for my garage door which is something that will need to be completed in the future. Keith was professional, courteous and answered any questions that I had about my garage door. Keith had tweeked his back earlier in the day but he still remained friendly and professional. I hope the recommendation I made for him about a heat patch worked and he was able to have a Merry Christmas without back pain. I definitely would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door and if you're lucky enough to get Keith Anderson as your service tech, it's an added bonus. Thank You !

I couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Jeremy. He called 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way, as I was told he would. I have had way too many contractors and repairmen come to my house without being able to achieve this simple first step, so it's nothing that I take for granted. It really thrills me when they don't even call, and then show up three hours later than scheduled like the roofer I had out here last week. Jeremy was very pleasant and professional to talk with from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. He looked the job over and gave me a thorough, complete description of the parts repair options and his recommendations. Each of three options were appropriately priced and involved no sticker shock. He explained the advantages of each option and didn't pressure me in any way. I made the choice and he said it would take him about an hour. I had several questions that came to me during the course of his work, and he was happy to answer them all very much to my satisfaction. He was finished in about an hour just like he said, and did every step of the work in proper fashion--no shoddy, half-baked looking stuff. Credit card payment was processed crisply with a genuine tablet based credit card terminal, not one of those finicky "square" devices that plugs into a cell phone. Jeremy was an excellent representative for your company and I will call Precision again for any future garage door needs. I will recommend them to my friends as well. I should also mention that the woman that I spoke with on the phone when making the service request, was also very professional and friendly to deal with. All in all, a job very well done, for a very reasonable price.

I had great service again! I tried to give 5 star but only 4 could be selected. I called on a Sunday morning and had an appointment the same day in the afternoon. Andrew was an hour earlier than scheduled. I was not at the house and he was patient and waited for me to arrive. He was very professional and explained all the work he recommended. I appreciated how he saved me money by fixing my door and not just replacing it. He was fast and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Precision to all my friends. Excellent!! Very pleased with my new garage door motor and operation. Pleased also with the panels outside and inside for operation ease. Tom Naporano was very knowledgable and efficient. Really appreciate the professionalism he exhibited. I will definitely recommend this company. I did not see the choices below but I had a new motor installed, new wheels, new hardware for garage door connection, and new bearings.

Keith Anderson was very good technician and installed the new belt. I recommend both Keith Anderson and Precision Doors to anyone. They are great and give great service. Keith was able to come within 2 hours of me calling for service. I have had my door since 2007.
