He also completed a check list of potential problems, lubed moving parts, tightened chain, and restored the door to smooth function. My neighbors had a entire door replaced by Precision and referred me to them. I wouldn't call anyone else when I have garage door issues - many thanks!

He is very knowledgable, professional and helpful. The service man that came out was great, very professional!!! I bought two garage door openers for my car, however they had two buttons, I would like a garage door openers with one button, not two. I not comfortable with two buttons, I'm older, one button would of been nice. Its a rental property, I don't have two garage doors. Thank you, Peggy Peters

Joe was great. Knows his stuff. Lets you know what might be best for the door, but doesn't try to push you into the decision. You have to respond in the positive when he handles things like that. Could not show that on the last item in this review because the list did not include or allude to what was installed.

They came out the same day and installed the new belt drive opener. It is so quiet compared to the old one that I have to open a door to make sure it is really down. I am vey satisfied and the repair man was very courteous and did a good job.
