As I told the operator and techie, our last name is Coffin....not Cosfin. You operator had told us it was a 2 to 4 time for Sat. I went home at 1:30 in case they came early. I called at 3:35 and they said the guy was about done and would call us right away. He never called and arrived at 4:35. He showed me on his calendar it was a 4 to 6 time. Sloppy work....who wants to have to cancel Sat evening plans because the door repair comes that late....I made the appt Fri AM...not happy. David Coffin

Excellent service from start to finish! The sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave me some great suggestions. The garage door installer, Ed, was prompt, very pleasant, and efficient. He recommended that I have my non-functioning garage door opener replaced. Jeremy, the technician, came out the same day and was also wonderful. He explained the differences of my options, and he installed the garage opener the same day. My new garage door (wood grained) looks beautiful, and my new garage opener works flawlessly.

Today is the second time we have used Precision (the first time was 3 years ago for spring repair) and the second time we have had Keith for our technician. This time we replaced the garage door opener/key pads and had the door, springs, etc. serviced. Keith is a terrific technician. He seems very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, works judiciously and has a very pleasant demeanor. We would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them -- and Keith -- to others!

Matt did a great job of explaining the damage to the garage door and what had to be replaced. He explained additional weak spots and what could be replaced and told what the cost would be. He was great to work with. Though costly to fix the door he made it a pleasant experience. I would give him a 5 star rating.

Very pleased with Precision service. Brent was so polite, professional, and accomplished. He was at our home just a few hours after we called Precision for service. He attempted to repair the old openers, but one was totally dead. The other did not respond to new parts installed in it. He then installed two new overhead door openers. Great experience! I called on Saturday when I realized a spring was broken. A service call was set up for later that same day. When a cancellation happened, they called me to see if coming sooner was OK, which it was. The tech, Carlos, called ahead and was at our home within 15 minutes. He was very professional friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a full inspection and recommended replacement of the bearings in addition to the broken spring. He also called to my attention that the Genie Track was a bit worn, but was working OK. I decided to go ahead and replace it too. Carlos had the repairs done right away. The door operates perfectly now and is much more quiet. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.
