Jimmy Johnson saved the day ! My car had been stuck in the garage for 2 days due to a busted spring . Not only was he extremely professional but he took the time to explain what exactly went wrong. I was a wreak due to the fact I was housesitting my daughters new home while she was away and had broken the door . He had sincere patience with me and helped to solve a difficult problem. Keith Allen and Jeremy just finished the repair to our garage door opener. We are so very impressed with them and with Precision. Courtesy, consideration, and service completion in a timely manner were superb. They called before arrival in the window of time scheduled. We do know that there are costs to have uniforms, trucks, and staff to attend to customer satisfaction, but goodness, what an impression you make! Called to have service done on our single car garage door as it was just sounding "tired" and in need of some TLC. The tech walked me through the issues he found and what it was going to take to repair the worn our parts, as well as walking me through the prices for everything. He was very thorough with what needed to be done and made it very easy for me to understand why certain parts needed to be replace. Doug did a GREAT job and was in, and out, in less than one hour. Prompt!!! Went to their Web Wednesday evening, phone call by 10am Thursday. Technician out by 11:30am Thursday. gave me 2 choices to repair door and replace opener or replace door and replace opener. Repaired the door and replaced opener done by 2pm Thursday. Great service..

Techs were very knowledgable, gave a number of options for repairs, had all necessary parts on truck to fix garage door and did so in a timely manner. A month later, the sensor wire got caught and the door became inoperable - Precision sent a tech out who rewired the door at no charge. Thank you!
