I would like to say how wonderful James was with assisting me with my garage door repair. James called LiftMaster on my behalf to ensure the correct parts were ordered and rescheduled an appointment where he drove to my house, only to determine that the parts that were needed had not yet arrived from LiftMaster. Once the parts did arrive he installed them. Now my garage door is working perfectly! James went above and beyond to ensure that my garage door was repaired properly and I wanted to be sure Precision knows how appreciative I am. 5 stars all around! Thank you!

John, the tech came on time and was polite. He told me that I needed new parts and was able to fix it that day - not return in a week because he didn't have the parts on the truck, etc. It took him maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes to resolve the issue - diagnosis plus fixing my garage door. He told me what needed to be replaced but I don't remember what they were exactly - so I can't answer the second half of the question below.

I had a broken bracket on the garage door opener and entered a service request on the web site. I was contacted promptly by phone and service technician appointment was made within two hours. Technician Blake Bailey arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and professional. He replaced the springs and rollers and the operator bracket in less than an hour. Our 11 year old garage door and opener operate like a new installation. Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater achieves a standard of professionalism and service that I wish others would try to achieve.

Heavy garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Door very heavy and car stuck inside. Called Precision and within an hour and half a technician was at residence making a repair. Provided estimate on different repair methods and performed thorough inspection of existing system. Technician very knowledgeable and completed all requested repairs in a quick manner. Very pleased with service.

Excellent service. I have been extremely happy with Precision ever since I found them on Angie's List. Their service is absolutely amazing, and all of the techs I have delt with have taken he time to explain everything to me, and in a manner I am able to understand. Each time I have called them out ey have always turned up on time. They even call and tell me they are on their way and when to expect them. They alway leave everything tidy and always do a full inspection on the equipment before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They stand by their work and guarantee it.

My garage door opener failed, so I called Precision. Within 24 hours they had come out and replaced my old opener with a new, smoother, quieter opener that was superior to my original unit. Their technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and lead technician Keith Allen did a super job. They did a complete assessment of my existing door & hardware, and reviewed the use an operation of the new unit with me. My overall experience with Precision was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

We used a neighbor's experience with Precision when we needed to call for our repair of the touch pad. Mathew Leto came out on time and examined the whole garage door system and found many items that needed repair. We were unaware of all these problems as we have never had the door examined in 10 plus years. He scheduled another appointment time(our schedule) to come and fix everything. Our Technician, Ryan, was fantastic!!! He made it out to our home the same day on time to fix our garage door that wouldn't close, which turned out to be one of the cables that came off the pulley. Ryan took the time out to explain the issue in detail and then explained our options and made some great recommendations. After decision was made he went right to work and really did a superb job.
