I found Precision on Angie's List. It was one of the top-rated garage door companies and had several glowing recent reviews from people in my area, so I called them. A service technician, Carlos (whose name isn't listed as a choice in the box below), called back the same afternoon and was here 15 minutes later. He was extremely personable and professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem that was causing my garage door to malfunction and also tweaked a couple of other things that the original building contractor skimped on. I had not expected such efficient same-day service when I originally called. I certainly will select Precision again if the need arises.

Mr. Earle examined the bottom door seal and concurred that the replacement of the seal that I had requested was a good idea. He also indicated advantages of replacement of rollers with one with lower drag. I chose to delay this replacement until perhaps this fall. Doug, the service technician, was punctual and very courteous. I requested a service call to reprogram a garage opener keypad. He was very knowledgeable and quickly saw that the existing keypad was non-functional. Within minutes he replaced it and it works great! The cost was very reasonable even though it was a saturday. I am very pleased with the service provided and would not hesitate to call them for future needs.

I specifically requested Craig Earle because he did my servicing back in 2009. His skills, expertise, and overall job knowledge are "off the charts" because he is so good in all aspects of his job, and he took a lot of extra time with me as well explaining everything he did from installing the new Linear motor, to replacing belts, rollers, bearing plates, working my new remotes, etc. I've worked in customer service as the Executive Assistant in Hospital Administration for 35+ years now, and Craig's polite and courteous demeanor, as well as his professional customer service skills are among the best I've ever seen. I will most definitely recommend Craig and your company to my friends, neighbors and co-workers! Please be sure Craig receives my sincere thanks to him for a job "more than well done"! My technician Doug was fantastic. The problem with my door was very minor, but I was also aware that my door was very old and noisy and probably might have more complicated problems in the future. Doug carefully outlined options, explained what each would accomplish as well as warranty information. He was very personable and professional. I came into contact with Precision through an old A-1 Garage Doors telephone number I had on the back of the garage door. I needed the bottom seal-strip to be replaced. So, in essence this was a cold-call on my part. The receptionist was cordial; she set up an appointment for the next day. A few minutes later she called back because a service tech became available for same day service. Keith Allen was the service tech. He provided a thorough review and explanation of the garage door system and e-mailed an comprehensive analyses. I am very satisfied with the service call, the parts provided, as well as the system analyses.
