Keith Allen and Jeremy just finished the repair to our garage door opener. We are so very impressed with them and with Precision. Courtesy, consideration, and service completion in a timely manner were superb. They called before arrival in the window of time scheduled. We do know that there are costs to have uniforms, trucks, and staff to attend to customer satisfaction, but goodness, what an impression you make! Called to have service done on our single car garage door as it was just sounding "tired" and in need of some TLC. The tech walked me through the issues he found and what it was going to take to repair the worn our parts, as well as walking me through the prices for everything. He was very thorough with what needed to be done and made it very easy for me to understand why certain parts needed to be replace. Doug did a GREAT job and was in, and out, in less than one hour. Garage door opens like it's new all over again. Thanks Precision Garage Door. You guys will 100% always be my company for garage doors!!!

Prompt!!! Went to their Web Wednesday evening, phone call by 10am Thursday. Technician out by 11:30am Thursday. gave me 2 choices to repair door and replace opener or replace door and replace opener. Repaired the door and replaced opener done by 2pm Thursday. Great service..

Bob B. was our tech today. He was personable and professional. He got to the root of the problem and did a good job explaining what was wrong. He was patient and answered all my questions which helped me make the decision of how I wanted to proceed. This was an unexpected situation for which I was not prepared. They were able to work out a payment plan for me which really helped me out. Once the work was completed Bob showed us how everything worked. The 7 year warranty was also a big plus. There was a huge difference in how our door functioned once the proper opener was installed. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to my friends and family.

I chose Precision since I have seen a great deal of advertising regarding the company, and was even more certain when I received a confirmation e-mail regarding the appointment. It gave me the technician's name, photo, and a brief bio. Since the e-mail showed the photos of all of your technicians, I thought this was a very excellent way of Precision letting their customers know who is coming to their home. Your technician, Ben Elliott, was great. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. He had to install a new motor and rollers, and we discussed the possibility of a new garage door being installed. However, that is something that has to be approved by the Homeowners' Association, so I will send in the necessary paperwork. If that is approved, I would definitely want Ben to come and do the work. He is a true professional, and I would give him a 5 star rating.
