We called based on the positive customer reviews. We called for service a little after noon, a prompt, friendly agent listened to our request and let us know immediately when they could get a technician to our home. Edward arrived on time and was very specific in what was needed to repair the door at a reasonable cost - No Suprises. We also received an emailed electronic invoice (perfect for those who keep files electronically)and a follow-up to make sure we had a positive experience. Highly recommend.

I'm very satisfied with the product itself. The Precision Doors replaced another brand name product. These doors are super quite. The Service Tech., Matt, was very professional. His knowledge and his customer service skills are very exemplary. Not only did he identify the problem, he pointed it out to me in detail. That's what I really liked. Demeanor of an employee speaks volumes of a company. You have a good one in Matt.

Easy and personable on the initial phone call and came out within a few hours. Ryan, the tech, was able to explain and demonstrate the problem and offer several solutions that we could choose from to be able to correct the problem. Once we chose an option the service was performed quickly and competently. The door is operating like new and we have a great parts and service warranty as well. I would recommend Precision as a service provider and will use again if required.

Installation on 12/5/13 went off without a hitch. Installer, Keith Allen, was very thorough and was able to point out problem areas(wrong springs,cables frayed and worn rollers. He completed job in a timely manner and was very neat in his work. Recommend him highly. Product is registered in my wife Lisa's name as she is actual property owner.
