Easy and personable on the initial phone call and came out within a few hours. Ryan, the tech, was able to explain and demonstrate the problem and offer several solutions that we could choose from to be able to correct the problem. Once we chose an option the service was performed quickly and competently. The door is operating like new and we have a great parts and service warranty as well. I would recommend Precision as a service provider and will use again if required.

Installation on 12/5/13 went off without a hitch. Installer, Keith Allen, was very thorough and was able to point out problem areas(wrong springs,cables frayed and worn rollers. He completed job in a timely manner and was very neat in his work. Recommend him highly. Product is registered in my wife Lisa's name as she is actual property owner.

John and his apprentice showed up on time, were incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant, and had my opener changed out, programmed, and running like a kitten in no time. We had our garage door repaired. The wheel fell off the track. I called and spoke to a very friendly person who answered all my questions and set-up my appointment. I used Precision for a repair to my current Genie garage door opener. Ed, and his teammate, were scheduled to be here between 4p-6p (Thank you for not giving your customers a 4-6 hour window to be sitting and waiting!!!) and they arrived shortly after 4pm. They were both very thorough with the work that needed to be done and they took the time to explain the repair to me. During the repair, the called me out to explain to me what was being done and then again when the job was finished. The two of them had the BEST attitudes!!!! Very friendly and funny too. That made me, as the customer, feel very much at ease with them both. I will recommend Precision to all my friends/family who may need new equipment or who may need a repair. My overall experience was terrific from the moment I called and set up my appointment to when my techs left the house. All around amazing experience. Thanks Precision!!!!
