When I originally had the garage door opener installed it worked fine and very quietly. A noise developed when opening the door. Doug (the tech) immediately recognized the problem and very professionally and politely repaired the door. He also gave excellent advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. I will always use your company when having a need with my garage door.
