I am thoroughly impressed with this company. Our technician, Cameron, showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. My opener was over 12 years old and going crazy. He gave me all the options of repairing it or replacing it and was done within the hour. There was a small snafu with the opener, but as soon as I mentioned it he came back that same day to change it out with a new one. He programmed all of the remotes in our cars and outside. Wonderful job and I highly recommend.

Our keyless entry into our garage stopped working again this morning. Precision sent Chris McVeigh out to my home this afternoon... what a joy he was to work with! Chris gave me a quote ... I told him "let's do it"! He had such a pleasant attitude and went over board on fixing my problem by installing a new entry pad and oiling the springs! I would recommend him to anyone! Precision is lucky to have him; thank you again Chris, for your professionalism and efficiency in helping us out! He even programmed a car that we were having trouble with...and he blew out the garage!! Wow!!

The young man that came to my "rescue" was very knowledgeable and found the problem with my door right away. He was very courteous, kind, and helpful. I asked for a quote to do the work he said needed to be done and he provided it. After a few changes and modifications to the quote, we agreed on a price for the work to be done and he scheduled it. The Precision Team was great from from sales to installation. The install techs arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and and did a great job on the install. The door is beautiful and we already got many compliments on how beautiful it looks. It is not always easy to work with contractors and companies in this day and age but the Precision team was really great from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you are thinking about a new garage door!

We have used this company in the past and were very pleased with their knowledgeable and professional technicians. They realized our problem immediately and gave us an estimate of work to be done in order of importance. We were able to choose the most important that would fit our budget. The company also has a program that helped us to get the most done with sometime to pay for the job. The next morning we could see a bit of daylight under the garage door and living in Florida we did not need any critters in the garage. We called them back and they were there that day and took care of the problem.

Through the advertisements online and on radio i have heard about Overhead door in the past. Needed to repair our existing door opener that had a broken chain drive. Called today and spoke to a very nice and personable receptionist and she scheduled us for an estimate the very same day. Zack came out a few hours later and let us know what was needed to fix the situation. He had the spare parts on the truck and fixed it on the spot. Very reasonable price. He was very polite and professional. The whole estimate and repair was done in less than an hour. Would definably refer or call back anytime.
