Arnold Replaced motor, springs, installed new keypad & remotes. Replaced 2 steel cable guides & steel cable, 3 door hinges & lubricated all moving parts. Arnold was one of the nicest, most courteous technicians we have had come out to our home to do various repairs, etc. since we moved to Florida. He was very knowledgeable of his profession. We definitely recommend Arnold & Precision to anyone needing garage door service. Our daughter had used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service & was very satisfied - she recommended Precision to us. Precision & Arnold get 5 stars. (Did more service than shows on service performed & purchase of new product.)

The turn-around time from my initial call to installation was shocking and outstanding. I was a bit concerned about paying too much and wanted to get several quotes. When the tech arrived he was personable, extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. The only critic I have is for those of us that are protective and serious about being vaccinated, the people we are around, and the situations we put ourselves in...it would be nice if your installers/employees would always make sure they're vigilant about maintaining 6 feet -12 feet of contact from the home owners or best case scenario announce wether they are fully vaccinated.

Our repairman, was Christian. He explained everything in detail and after finding out that our system was over 20 years old and the springs and motor were now weak, we decided to opt for a complete new Genie garage door opener. Christian did a wonderful job and made sure we knew how everything worked before he left. Also he made sure everything was clean and tidy. I would recommend this fine gentleman to anyone wanting a garage door repair.

Once again Great customer service from Austin. He listened to the intermitting issue I was having and I let him do his checkup. The door wouldn't lockup like it does sometimes as I was expecting. He addressed the areas I thought might be the problem and made sure everything was working as good as it could. He made some suggestions and logged in the records about the issue just in case it is ongoing.

We special ordered a door (color) so it took about 2 months to get the door but when it got to Precision they had installed almost immediately. All new hardware, springs, tracks, etc. Installers were professional, on time, and did the job right. I never knew a garage door was supposed to be quiet! Precision Garage Door IS as good as they advertise! Thank you!!
