Through Angie's list I used the garage door tune-up promotion. I was very pleased with the service. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and made me aware of further repairs that would be needed for optimal operation but was not pushy about it. I had one of the three repairs done and will do the others in the near future.

Matt called before arrival, called upon arrival and was thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of the problem with my door. Within an hour I was on my way. Matt was a total professional in every respect and I am glad I called Precision!

The very kind dispatch lady got me a repairman right away when I could not close my garage doors. The young man arrived within a half hour. He repaired my starter switch and then out of caution he sold me a new one.
