I had you install a new opener on my son's home garage door,a while ago. The job was done well & I was pleased with the work. His daughter tried to open the door today & the chain bar ripped out of the wood it was attached to. She called me & I looked it over & said to call you people & Bryan called you. You came out very soon & reattched the bar & realigned the door to the ground. Bryan was impressed with the work! This was that I picked your company in the first place! Thank you!

I came into contact with Precision through an old A-1 Garage Doors telephone number I had on the back of the garage door. I needed the bottom seal-strip to be replaced. So, in essence this was a cold-call on my part. The receptionist was cordial; she set up an appointment for the next day. A few minutes later she called back because a service tech became available for same day service. Keith Allen was the service tech. He provided a thorough review and explanation of the garage door system and e-mailed an comprehensive analyses. I am very satisfied with the service call, the parts provided, as well as the system analyses.

I found Precision on Angie's List. It was one of the top-rated garage door companies and had several glowing recent reviews from people in my area, so I called them. A service technician, Carlos (whose name isn't listed as a choice in the box below), called back the same afternoon and was here 15 minutes later. He was extremely personable and professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem that was causing my garage door to malfunction and also tweaked a couple of other things that the original building contractor skimped on. I had not expected such efficient same-day service when I originally called. I certainly will select Precision again if the need arises.

Mr. Earle examined the bottom door seal and concurred that the replacement of the seal that I had requested was a good idea. He also indicated advantages of replacement of rollers with one with lower drag. I chose to delay this replacement until perhaps this fall.
