Called because garage door opener was malfunctioning. I was sure it needed to be replaced. I spoke with the telephone operator who was very pleasant and scheduled my repair for later that morning. The repairman arrived after he called ahead on time. To my surprise, he was able to repair at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Who does that anymore! Very pleased. Mike M

Having lasted for over twenty years, my garage door opener was getting creaky and cranky. The precision service tech said he could still piece it together, but he thought it was time to put it in its final resting place. I agreed since the sounds it was making when opening and closing had me fearful that it might fall on the roof of my car. The tech said the door itself was one of hurricane strength and still in good shape so no need to replace the door. He did a wonderful job, including resetting the remote in my car and golf cart. And then, he cleaned up all signs of his being here but sweeping up the garage floor. Wonderful job, thank you.

5 Stars - The technician that came to the home was honest and professional. There was no sales pressure. The technician explained the problems he observed that needed attention. Great service. I called another co. Several years ago when the spring broke on the lift. Not only was I overcharged, but the spring repair was too small for the garage door which caused the automatic door lift to overwork and wear out. When I called precision on Christmas Eve I was amazed, Jeremy was here promptly and no extra charge for the holiday and weekend service. I will never call another co. Again. Jeremy(precision garage door) you are the BEST.

On Saturday my garage door would not open at all. Both my cars were in there and we could not get out. This company sent someone the same day whom was very nice and professional. He did the work quick and the price was not outrageous due to it being the weekend. I would call them again if needed. I also got a 7 year warranty on the parts and labor, very nice!
