We called on a Friday night and we were able to get an apt for Saturday morning. Scott Ward came out and diagnosed the problem and what we could do to prolong the life of the door. He had all of the repairs done in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and courteous.

I was very satisfied with the service and the installer was great the way he installed the door he had no wasted steps and just went from one part to another like working on a jigsaw puzzle he know where everything went hundreds of pieces. And than he took the time to show me how everything worked and how to maintain and lubricate the moving parts. Great job

We had very fast service and a very nice young man to comply with our needs. We had called to get a new rubber seal on the bottom of the door. The service man said we might consider new springs 'as they were pretty old.So we did. Keith Anderson was our repair person. He was very polite and knowlegable. Thank you very much.

Excellant Service! Technician James Mantsch was great, explained everything and advised and showed deficient parts and why they should be replaced. Whole job took about 3 hours. Replaced everything except opener, rails, and door. Very Satisfied. Highly recommend Percision.

Repairs were a follow-up to system installed in March 2015. James did an excellent job determining the cause and correcting the problem. (The door would not close fully all the time). James was courteous, professional, and completed the job quickly. He lubed the door and performed other adjustments to ensure the door operation was smooth. I couldn't ask for a better technician. The office kept me advised that James was arriving early; much appreciated. Well organized business!
