I called Precision because a neighbor recommended them and the prior company did not do a good job. I can't think of the last time I had such a positive experience with a vendor or service person. To start the individual who took my call was very pleasant. The technician "James" showed up on time and in a clean uniform. He was an employee, NOT a subcontractor. He was intelligent, and able to describe my problem so I understood. He presented three recommendations, and his opinion regarding each. I can't say enough positive things about this company and there representative "James". Oh yes...one more thing......we both own and love rescue dogs......no surprise there....Thank you Precision

Frank Soto was "Exceptionally Friendly and Knowledgeable". Price charged was greatly marked - up! Not the tech's fault. Greed can and has come back to hurt businesses in due time. Margin is one thing, but greed and price gouging is another. Had springs, bearings, cables and rollers installed, mark- up was at least 1000 present!

I sent an e-mail from their sight, they called me 5 min. later and their technician was at my home 20 min. after that. All this because my son noticed the alert on my opener pad and called me at the rehab hospital where I was with my husband who is recovering from a stroke. I got home just in time to have everything explained to me and pay for the repair. 2 hours from e-mail to finished.

Prompt and courteous service. Michael Wallace explained the problems and the solutions. Gave the choices available and why they needed care. I would give him 5 stars for his service. He had to replace cables and springs etc.

He programmed all our cars to the new opener for us. Explained our warranty coverage and was polite and courteous. We were so much happier with your company then we were with our previous garage door service.

Not five star service -10 Stars!!!!! Thank you so much for your extremely fast service. I called about 10:00 am and your wonderful serviceman, Brent was at my door by 11:15am. I was in a panic because for some reason I decided to back out of the garage while the garage door was not completely in the up position. (Being Blonde isn't easy) Brent was so nice and so reassuring that he could fix the door to at least go down for security reasons, and to my delight he was able to fix the door completely. I had visions of a very big bill for a new door. Apparently your company and your servicemen do what is needed and not out to take advantage of people which is very refreshing. I will use your services again and if and when I do require a new door I will buy it from you. Brent also informed me of some potential problems I may have in the future so next month new springs are in the budget! Thank you again for being a wonderful company that is honest and forthright and please thank Brent for me for he was so nice, so competent and so professional!!! Sincerely, Kathy

The technician, Carlos Morales, was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Did a great job replacing the broken spring! Door opens and closes like it is brand new. And, the fact this was done on a Saturday without a weekend charge is nice.

I called Precision Garage Door to fix another company's faulty workmanship for work they performed the previous day (and within the last 4 years) and refused to fix. I replaced my garage door opener (the prev. company had caused the unit to short out when they replaced the a gear) and faulty springs (galvanized springs that were wrong for my door and which made my garage door extremely heavy to lift. Now I have a functional "green" garage door opener with a back up battery and other features, powder coated springs that will not spray black powder on my recently painted garage door, and the door is now so well-balanced that I can litterly lift it with one finger instead of doing a squat like a weight lifter. Precision came very quickly within 2 hours of my initial call! I have better safety lights that are positioned much better nearer to the garage walls. My new opener is practically silent and lowers in 2 steps so it doesn't "bang" the garage floor. My garage door control is now very modern and the system can be locked out. The technician, Elliott, was very knowledgeable and told me a lot about how garage door systems work. I and what was good and not functional or patently unsafe about every part of the door system. Elliott left me with a large can of Precision synthetic oil so that I can maintain my original garage door properly. Thank you, Elliott and Precision Garage Door!

We called on a Friday night and we were able to get an apt for Saturday morning. Scott Ward came out and diagnosed the problem and what we could do to prolong the life of the door. He had all of the repairs done in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and courteous.
