I was very satisfied with the service and the installer was great the way he installed the door he had no wasted steps and just went from one part to another like working on a jigsaw puzzle he know where everything went hundreds of pieces. Repairs were a follow-up to system installed in March 2015. James did an excellent job determining the cause and correcting the problem. (The door would not close fully all the time). James was courteous, professional, and completed the job quickly. He lubed the door and performed other adjustments to ensure the door operation was smooth. I couldn't ask for a better technician. The office kept me advised that James was arriving early; much appreciated. Well organized business!
