I was very pleased with the service right from the time when I called the Office. The staff was friendly and accommodated my preferred date for service. A call was received in advance as to the name of the Tech that would be handling my service call. Jimmy was very friendly and helpful in giving me the information needed to select the right opener for my garage door. He provided an over view of what was done and how to use the features of the opener. The space was cleaned after he was done with the service. I would definitely recommend Precision.
