my neighbor referred me to your company. It was the online VIDEO that sold me. Then my service agent arrived and I was so pleased with his friendliness, gift of communication and sense of humor! He never once tried to 'hard sell' me on anything. Instead, head drew out 4 options with all price points. I decided to buy a new Opening AND have him repair my 20 year old door. John Tsangarinos showed up promptly, examined the garage door assembly, explained the problem in layman's terms, outlined the options and costs and completed the repairs along with a more powerful garage door opener to replace our older, less efficient defective opener. The repair was done on site for an acceptable cost and we were extremely satisfied with the result.

Tech Michael Boyle arrived at our house on Saturday night at 9:10 pm. He did a wonderful job and the overhead door has never worked better. He went the extra mile, took his time and explained everything one needs to know. He is the reflection of a well run company. Precision was not recommended to me. I took a chance and am glad I did. I will certainly call them again if need be.

Keith did an outstanding job fixing my garage door opener. Using the yellow pages , I found Precision"s ad and called them. Within an hour , Keith was knocking on my door. He gave me an estimate, fixed the opener, and was gone in an hour. Even though he was working in a very hot garage,Keith was very pleasant and efficient. Awesome job!
