5 Stars! I used Precision a few ago to replace the spring on the door. I remember the tech at the time as being very knowledgeable and professional. Luckily he left the company sticker on the inside of the door so that is why I called Precision again without hesitation. Keith Anderson was the tech this time. He kept me informed of his time of arrival and quickly determined the problem with my garage door opener. He was professional and polite in answering all of my questions and showing me the defective parts (belt and gears). He then offered 4 alternatives for a resolution explaining the cons and pros of each choice. He presented himself as a skilled and honest representative of your company. Over the years of home ownership, I have settled on a plumber, an electrician, a carpenter, and now a garage door company. Thank you

Professional and courteous service without the high pressure sales nonsense. Mike told me what was wrong and what could be done to fix the problem. Called Precision for a broken door spring. We wanted to renew all the hardware on the doors because they are 17 years old. The tech Frank Soto took care of all our needs, plus installed a great new belt drive opener that is totally silent. He had all the parts needed for repairs and did it all in about 3 hours. We have a 3 car garage with a single and a double door. I think we are good for another 17 years. We are going to call to have another belt drive opener installed on the single door.

When my garage door would not open after a power outage, I was impressed that Doug came the same day and the problem was easily remedied. This week it failed to open again and when Doug came, we determined it was best to replace the opener and door at this time. My work is scheduled for next Tuesday, thank you. I felt his advice was in my best interests.

Although a Sunday, I called Precision because I couldn't open our garage door with opener or manually. Technician Doug Naporano arrived and quickly found trouble and made repairs in a professional & efficient manner, not wasting any time. Door assembly was repaired and is running better than before.

He replaced the seal on my door and also replaced the outdoor keypad (which wasn't in the "order") and was very informative about the door and its operation. Same Day Service! They were able to come out and fix our door that broke a bracket and came off the track. Ed Lucchesi was great. He came in and quickly assessed the situation and gave a good breakdown on what needed to be done to fix the problem.

Was upset they couldn't install storm shield because it was raining. Had to have them come back a different day. Was inconvenient but they did a great job.

The appointment was for regular maintenance of a door that was installed by Precision a little over a year ago. The technician, Mike, arrived in a timely fashion. Some minor adjustments and lubrication brought an obvious improvement in performance (noise, speed of opening). Appreciate the service.

I used my Home Warranty for a garage door problem and was contracted with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, specifically the technician Mike Wallace. He was very timely,courteous, polite and very knowledgeable about my specific problem. Unfortunately, I had minor further problems which where promptly fixed within days. I highly recommend this company and most definitely, Mike Wallace himself!

This is my second time using Precision. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my call (it was not an emergency either). The technician showed at the early side of the 4 hour window and called to let me know he was on the way. Technician was prompt, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I was given options on repairs and not pushed into the more expensive. Great service!

Came to repair my door but turned out the panel was the reason it wouldn't work. They couldn't replace it the same day. Not too happy about that. Otherwise they were reasonable and well mannered and timely.

I enjoyed my experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, beginning with the nice and informative scheduler. My appointment was between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. I received an email confirmation and then a call from the field tech. Blake, my field tech call in advanced to let me know he was 10 mins. out. Blake was courteous and straight forward explaining the repair process. The repairs were performed quickly and professionally. The costs were as estimated. I would recommend Precision to my friends.
