Called on Friday. Came on Saturday. Was having problems with garage door not always closing when leaving. Needed whole new system. Robert was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Stayed and did the whole job that night. Here for 2 hours or more. Did a beautiful job. Works like a charm. Thanks for such prompt service. Probably kept us from having an emergency down the road.

John I believe he’s one of the managers had to come back because we needed his experience to figure out my job I needed. He figured it out and fixed it to my total satisfaction. He was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions. I inspected the job and totally satisfied with it. They serviced my door about 6 months ago and I was more than satisfied. When I needed to have a new remote, I didn’t think of calling anyone else. Chris the technician went out of his way to find a way to find an economically feasible way to do this without installing a new garage opener . He was warm but professional. Calld Precision at 8:00 AM and a technician (Joshua Battle) arrived at our house around noon. Joshua rapidly diagnosed the proplem with a sticking garage door and recommended replacing the springs and pulley system. We approved thiswork and Joshua completed the job within a couple of hours. He then explained to me what he did and and suggested how to keep the door in good working order.

My former employer [UPS] used your company's service on a regular basis and I was always impressed with the quality of your work. I have recently retired and have recommended your company to some family and friends and neighbors. My recent service call was on Wed. March 16 2022. I needed a new opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of support brackets. The tech who came out was Luke Rose. Luke was very informative and professional and had everything needed right on the truck and all work was performed the same day in just a few hours. Luke did a complete and thorough diagnostic on my system and made recommendations along the way. While I was not planning on spending the amount of money I did, I am more than pleased with the quality of both products and services and think you are fortunate to have an employee like Luke representing your company.

I must say I was thrilled when Robert showed up the technician from Precision because I initially had them install a new garage door motor working the past 2 years it was a LiftMaster - and Precision also replaced my spring and they had to replace a garage door opener switch for the now third time! Although it was past the warranty period - they realized that it was a faulty part I give Precision a big kudos for doing the right thing- Robert replaced it at no charge. Excellent customer service!!!! Now that’s what I’m talking about!

CURB APPEAL X 10! We opted to replace our garage door during the supply chain mess, so it was a bit costly, but it was like getting a face lift for the house - and worth it! The people make the difference. Nice friendly people to work with. The technician very professional, courteous and arrived quickly. I would have given 5 stars but was hit with a $21.00 shop supply fee and just had one torsion spring replaced on a 9' x 7' door. Just don't know how to justify the shop supply 7% fee when replacing one part. Anyway, I would use them again even with the flatulence fee.
